Beginner Hydro 7 Pump

I'm having a tad bit of trouble with my pump. I have it hydro 7. What I do is fill it up to the top with warm water, with the tip closed. I have the gray plastic liner out of it. I put my flaccid penis into it and pull my balls out of the rest.I make sure the groove is down. Then I open the tip and press against myself to try to get it to suction. I do this a few time and then close the tip. I try to let it hang but there is no suction and it falls off.

Do I keep the gray hard plastic piece in the device? Do I open the valve when pumping ?

If you're referring to the comfort pad, this is optional. Test out pumping with or without it to see which gives you the better feeling.

Push and hold the black pip in the closed position with your finger and fill the Bathmate Hercules Hydropump under the shower head until full of water.

Place the pump over your penis tight up to your pelvic seat with the black pip in the closed position.

I have the same pump. Your doing it right. You should be getting suction..... are you shaved down there? If not shave. Is water spraying out of the end when you compress it? It should be. You will notice when your compressing that black pip on the valve extends out opening the valve, make sure when your nearing the end of your pump to push that pip down slightly before you stop compressing or it will release pressure. If none of this fixes your problem I’d suggest using an erection with less time in the pump.
