  • Hanging vs Extenders- What works best for length for a noobie?

So my penis isnt very big (4x4) and it affects every area of my life. Some days its all i think about and it just makes me hopeless. This isnt a pity-me thread but rather i am looking for advice.

I did the JP90 beginner program for three months and saw gains in my flaccid size that went away after a couple of weeks of not going through the motions. I recently bought a pump and the SizeGenetics extender. The pump is nice but is incredibly temporary and the extender doesnt seem to be doing much for me. It doesnt give me a pulling sensation- probably due to my small size to begin with.

My question is, would it be more beneficial for myself to look into - weights for penis hanging or to stick with the extender? Im not worried about my girth nearly as much as my length and im feeling a little stuck because of it.

Im twenty and have never been with a girl because there isnt a point at my current size.

Well, for one - extenders are medically proven to work and many people have gained from them, you just gotta put in the hours. Injury wise, extending is less dangerous than hanging I believe. If I were in your shoes, I would give the SizeGenetics a chance for atleast 6 months, wearing it 8 hours a day. If your penis seems to be the one that does not respond to ''time under traction'' principle, you could step it up and buy a hanger. Good luck.
    Current: NBPEL 5.9x4.8

    Goal: NBPEL 7.0x5.5

If you dont get the pulling sensation, its probably adjusted incorrectly. Taken from the sizegenetics webpage: "Yes – everybody will see a result after correct and diligent use. The increases mentioned are from clinical research, and they are average. Some will see results slightly above or below these figures. The device will fit sizes from 4-22 cm in the stretched flaccid stat" so unless you are below 4 cm flaccid you should be able to feel the stretch, especially the first time you use it.

You can also try combining extender and pump, some people say it boosted their gains

I think if you are on the smaller side it would be even easier for you to have a pulling sensation at the extender.

As far as your initial question, I dont have much experience with either, but I know that if both done correctly, you will gain. But from the opinions of others I think hanging if done correctly and if progressions are taken gradually, its a better option

Yes, hanging will give you the most gains, but its also the most risky

I've been thinking about picking up a hanger, but damn the LG Hangers are super expensive!

I use my vacuum head ads and strap it to something in my room to get a better stretch. Don't use a strap or noose if doesn't feel right. I definitely don't like them. Also you get a better stretch with it in different positions.

You can make a Captn's Wrench for less than $20 and it'll do you for a hell of a long time.
