  • Extender Time question

    I have a X4 labs extender and currently am logging about 20-25 hours a week. I star at 4 hours a day for 4-5 days, and now I'm at about 5 hours a day for 4-5 days. My question is this, is there any benefit to using the extender for short periods of time? Usually each week, there is a day where I know I can't get 4-5 hours so I usually don't do it at all. But would there be any benefit if I could get 1-2 hours on those days?

    In other words, what's the minimum time per session that would be beneficial, or should I just look at it as hours logged over a week/month?
    Start: 1/1/19
    BPEL — 6 3/8" (6.0375) | MSEG — 4 5/8" (4.625)

    Current:
    Same as above

    Goals (end of 2019):
    2019 - 6.5" | MSEG 5"

    Any added time in the extender is helpful. Two hours a week over a year is 100 hours.

    12/11 NBPEL - 5.1, MSEG - 5
    01/13 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.1
    01/14 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.25
    01/16 NBPEL - 5.4, MSEG - 5.5
    Fat Pad = 1+/-

    Real cars have two seats. Everything else is a bus.

      I think anytime in the extender would be beneficial. Whether or not 1-2 hours would help increase length is debatable, but at the very least it would keep you stretched so you don’t lose any gains.

      Personally, I think 1-2 hours would help with growth when the rest of the week you’re getting 4-5 hours per day.
      October 9th, 2019 - 17.5cm x 15cm BEG

      January 7th, 2020 - 19cm x 16cm BEG

      Goal - 21cm x 16.5cm BEG & 16cm MEG

          Total time under pressure/stress is the key. It need not be consecutive.
