  • Phallosan Forte Bell Sleeve Alternatives

So I've been using this device for a week, and the sleeves suck. For the first 4 days it was great ... and then after the sleeve got a bit looser, it keeps letting air out of the bell so I have to keep re-pumping the thing every 30 minutes or so, which will be very annoying when I'm at the point where I'm wearing it all day.

I'm looking online for sleeves, but there's so many different options with mixed reviews. What have you guys had the best experience with as far as alternatives go? I don't want to make my own, so that's not an option. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks.

What? I thought I replied but np matter. There are a lot of issues that mite result in loss of Vac pressure.

But let’s see if I can help fix yours. First. Are you sure you have closed the chamber completely? While inserting the chamber is completely open. Roll down the sleeve, get back inside if necessary, turn chamber one click clockwise as you look down. Pump until you fill the bell, doesn’t need to be excessive. Then lock and seal, one more click as. Before. Ok. So....if still loosing Vac I wrap the bottom of the sleeve firmly with a few layers of microfiber tape. I lost pressure a lot not completely closing the bell, thought it was, but wasn’t. I use a pair of pliers now to ensure that second click.
A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.

We sell sleeves and girth bands. We use medical grade silicon and have our own proprietary blend that produces a #7 Durometer for softness and elasticity, and the wall thickness is 1/8" - not thin.
Our sleeves won't tear or rip, they will not come with tiny air bubbles either (a problem with DIY sleeve making if you don't have a way to de-gas the silicon before you pour or inject into the mold). Look at the white China sleeve and all the tiny air bubbles.

A few photos attached for comparison. Notice the white Chinese sleeve has tiny air bubbles. Any air bubble that ruptures will lead to vacuum loss.

Hey bro, thanks for the reply. I found way to keep pressure in the bell with a tubing cinch. Wore it for 4 hours yesterday while doing all kinds of work outside and running errands and it didn't lose suction at all. So it wasn't the bell not being locked properly it was the sleeve losing air.

I wouldn't mind trying something else like the microfiber tape. What kind of tape is that exactly? Medical tape? Where can I find it?

Hey man, thanks. I currently use the medium-sized sleeve on my Phallosan. What product would you recommend that's comparable in size? Do you have a link? You have quite a few products on your website.

Thanks again for the replies. I could've worn I saw a tumbleweed roll by in here at one point.

It's likely that you're using a sleeve that is too big. Try the next size smaller.

Actually there were a lot of issues with early sleeve versions that would rip easily. PF fixed that but they are not as snug as before. Cum si cum sa

No, that isn't it. The smaller size will make my junk fall off from restriction. It's about 800 times too tight. Won't even go on. The bigger one is too big. The medium size is the only one that fits.

Yeah this is the latest version. It seems to work okay, but if the tiniest bit of air can get it in, the whole device is worthless. I wore it for 2 hours at a time twice today with zero suction loss by putting a cinch around the shaft to prevent suction loss. But I would like to try the microfiber tape that you were talking about in your previous post. What tape do you use?

We purchase the microfoam tape in bulk. Because we work directly with the manufacturer we get quantity discounts. You can usually find a similar product at your local pharmacy store. It will cost a little more and the roll size won't be a big. We do sell it on our website.
