Thanks for your reply Richardwad. Do have any resting measurements to see how much you've gained in these past 4 months that you've been using the DP-4000?

I ordered mine last weekend. Im just waiting for it to ship. What program do you recommend I use based off your experience?

I have only gained 1/4 inch in girth. and 3/8" inch in length in the past 1.5 years of PE work, I have not been super consistent. But am becoming more dedicated. Im mostly looking for girth gains.

Hope your DP4000 arrived.
The preloaded program is a good starting point.
If you’re really new to pumping, it may be a little intense. (Some have backed it down some)
The big mistake I made, when you download the program, make sure the DP is hooked up to the computer and turned on.
When the program is being downloaded, it is when it establishes communication link with the DP4000.
If not hooked up first, one will need to delete the program and start over.
For me, that process really sucked. I struggle with a IPad even.
The preloaded program is on this thread. If you want it saved, you will need to build it and keep it saved in your files.
By the way, I downloaded the program to my laptop from the CTC DP4000 site. It doesn’t have a CD drive.
Pretty sure you will enjoy the DP4000. Wished had invested in it along time ago.

I believe a proper pump program is a very good way for girth increase!

I have order my DP 4000 for over a month ago and they still didn`t process my order. Do someone here have the same issue?

I got mine with in a week or so.
The CTC website has a phone number and email address.
Im sure Chris will help you out.

I am in the US. And got mine last June.
The shipping business has struggled somewhat with the COVID-19.
Amazon used to deliver in a day or two, now a week or two.
Various manufacturing has been cut or reduced also.
I guess we just have to hang in there for the time.

I'm really interested in buying the DP4K. I have a question. Should i get the penis chambers they have listed on their site: https://ctc-company.com/product_info...-p-54?cPath=53 ?
Or should i get something like the LA chambers, which are more expensive?

My dimensions are listed in my signature if that's any help. I'm a programmer so i'm sure i'll have a lot of fun with this.

I JUST spent 500 on a bathmate, but i *hate* the edema it gives me. I'm following their instructions and still. I love my vacurect, but i also get edema. I have some ED from Peyronie's so I think pulse pumping is the way to go for me.

Will post updates here, can't wait to receive it.

I use the Leluv cylinders also.
You will need to get a Leluv male fitting and swap out the CTC fitting on the hose line.
They look similar, but the CTC fitting won’t work.
I believe Amazon has them. If not go to the Leluv sight.

I have posted the preloaded program previously.
If you’re fairly new to pumping, you may want to decrease the HG” a little.
Give it a try!

Since you already bought the cylinder from CTC. I recommend you buy the VealSeal from Pump Toys. Its a silicone cushion that is SUPER comfortable. The tan colored cushion that CTC provided was quite painful after a while for me. I use the VealSeal on the base of my extender as well.

CTC cylinders are not very good but they sell them in a large variety of diameters which is good.

I just got my DP4000 about a month ago. I have been using it along with clamping about 2-3 times a week. I am doing 2 days on 1 day off. Im alternating between girth and lenght days so I use an extender at times. It works much better than a regular pump I have never felt this much expansion with manual pumping. Not a magic bullet like I was hoping it would be though. I have yet to see results.

Im am still try to figure out a way to pump for over 45 mins without getting Edema.


Previously i was doing intense erect jelqs and clamping 5 days on 2 days off for about 9 months with no results. I realize now I was overtraining because my PI's were very bad but I was ignoring them.

Yeah saw your issue on the thread. Hoping that was just due to the cylinders or cushion rings that you may have ordered. Hopefully mine doesn't take as long since i just ordered the device itself.

I ended up buying a Leluv cylinder and not the CTC cylinders. Not sure if i should get a comfort seal. I'll keep an eye on that VealSeal if i do end up needing it.
Right now I'm doing the basic bathmate routing. Total of 15min. 2min on, 3min off repeat 3 times.

I plan on just doing something similar to start when i get my DP-4000. At least to start.
