  • Blisterfree Vac Hanging

    Greetings

As promised in the introduction thread I am showing my current hanging system.

I worked on a new hanging device combo that helps prevent blistering while vacuum hanging. In the past I've always suffered from blisters while hanging especially when adding in some bathmate and vacuum ads routines.

There are a lot of hanging devices out there like Bibhanger, Sizewarrior, Malehanger, Lg Hanger, Penis Hanger etc. Most uncut/uncircumcised guys will find vacuum hangers a lot better because the foreskin doesn't slip over the glans. I’m in that same boat. I’ve got a lot of foreskin and I’ve tried a ton of different ways of hanging without using a vac hanger. I did manage to hang with compression hangers but only to a very low weight.

The giant problem with vac hangers is that they require a lot of pressure to work right. And the more weight you add, the more pressure is needed and also is created inside the bell/cap. This leads to blisters and also blisters filled with blood which take you out from traininig for weeks.

I have seen many guys posting their hanging routines and I often see that their pulling a lot on their skin while hanging. But hanging should not pull on the skin itself, rather pull on the internals of the penis. This is extremly important to remember. If you do not feel a (hard) stretch on the inside you are doing it wrong.

I’m using a similar device as the Bib hanger called Penis Hanger combining it with a cheap chinese vacuum hanger. This also works with the Lg hanger or the Phallosan.

My tests with the Lg Hanger (it has a pressure gauge) have shown that the pressure inside the cap will approximately double or more depending on the weight you attach. But when adding the weights (or the pull of the weights) behind the glans the pressure inside won't rise near as much than just hanging them off of the cap itself.

In my case I've noticed that I would get blisters above the 10 inHg mark.
Hanging with the Lg Hanger requires you to pump to about 5-7 inHg. With 10 pounds of plates hanging on the Lg that pressure rises to about 13-15 inHg. With my system the pressure stays around 7-9 inHg. (also 10 pounds)

I’ve been running this method for some months now with great success. I’ve also been using the Lg Hanger, Phallosan and my cheap chinese vac hanger for testing and comparison. I’ve also tried many different wrapping techniques. I have been hanging a lot more comfortable with adding in just a little bit of pumping/pressure to keep the glans nice and tight in the cap/bell. I’ve noticed that with a certain amount of vacuum the glans won’t be pushing against the hanger as much while the weights are on. Letting the glans pump up for some minutes also helps a lot with comfort.

I can also hang without adding any pressure. I recommened a max weight of 5-7 pounds for this to work.

With this system I haven't gotten a single blister in months even with hanging 10 pounds for 60+ minutes in a set. 20 minutes sets are a piece of cake. With 7.5 pounds I can easily hang for over a hour straight without any discomfort and I'm talking 10+ hours a week.

    Steps:
    1. Add baby powder to your glans (it helps suck up fluid)
    2. Wrap tender tape around the glans (also good vs fluid & adds overall protection)
    3. Attach the sleeve/condom with the vacuum device
    4. Insert your glans into the vac device as far into it as you can and roll down the sleeve over the penis (make sure to pull back the skin as much as you can)
    5. Then pump up the glans so that it fits nicely in the cap
    6. Take a piece of cloth or something that you can wrap around the shaft (wrap the cloth over the sleeve)
    7. Connect the compression hanger around the wrapping area (over the cloth) as close as possible to the glans
    8. Attach the weights to the compression hanger
    9. Enjoy

I've added a picture for better understanding.

    Regards
    Alex

    Nice. Thanks for sharing.
I especially like step #9 "Enjoy." That's what we're all here for.
Good luck, Alex1988. I hope this helps you reach your goals.

Blisters are completely avoidable if you learn to recognize the warning signals. As for vacuum pressure spikes when attaching the weight, you can expect around 2-3 Hg's max. I've tested this many times. If for example I want to hang 10 lbs of weight and I draw out 10 Hg's of vacuum pressure, then attach the weight the Hg spike will go up by 2 Hg's to 12. So use two less Hg's of vacuum for whatever amount of weight you want to use. If I'm hanging 15 lbs the same thing holds true, it's typically a 2-3 Hg spike in vac pressure.

Attached is an article on our blog - "How to avoid blisters and what to do if you get one". Follow my advice and you'll never get another blister.

          Hey Marlon,

Now I kinda regret posting those numbers.

You're refering to the tingeling sensation on the glans. Sadly, I've had a hard time noticing it fast enough before I got blisters.

I'm very glad I found a solution to my hanging-blister problem.

i think for a product that a is like the LG HANGER which i bought there needs to be more informative instructional videos on how to see all of that

the product cost so much i paid 350$ and i follow the instructions on the book yet lots of things are not clear like how marlon said to see the the exact gauge pressure how to put it on correctly how to remove pressure if its too much

what pressure should be on on certain weights etc

it is not cleat and there is not enough video information that is educational to teach us how to avoid blisters

i actually regret that i purchased the lg hanger because i still not sure how to avoid blisters and your answers marlon are not helping if there is not enough video instructions showing us all how it needs to be done

i will try you way alex seems more effective

As I've said the tingle / itchy sensation can be subtle. What is somewhat curious to me is that you say you "almost" got a huge blister. To me when you use the word "almost" it means it didn't happen?

I almost got a hole in one last week on a par 3... but almost doesn't count.

You never outlined your routine with our device. You've indicated that you recently just bought it and you're already attempting to hang 7.5 lbs.
That's TOO much weight for a rookie! No wonder you're having problems, you're using too much weight too soon.

Drop down to 3 lbs for 30 minutes. Stay there for a full week. If you have no complications, bump the time up to a full hour and stay there for another week. If after that week is done and you have no complications, then add another pound and start the process all over again. Slow, incremental increases in weight and time is how to develop blister resistant tissue conditioning.

I'm sorry you're not having success, from my perspective based on what you've said it sounds more like operator error.

                    Hi Marlon

To your information I actually started on 5LB and started from 20 min and made my way up to 7.5 over a month and half and it was not an error of operation I actually had a very good routine adding 5 min only a day from 20 min working my way up to an hour on any weight I did only when I was hanging for an hour comfortable without problem then I added weight and cut the time in half again .

I have noticed you always have criticism towards clients who use your product and are not happy I also emailed you multiple times and your replies didn’t help. and your customer service is not where it should be for a chamber that is 350$ I am very dissapointed and regret I bought this as it just sitting on my drawer now

U actually wrote me in an email if I need hanging lesson to get in touch with doctor .... and quite honestly you need for your price tag just have videos with informative instructions on how to use the device cause people complain on blisters all the time . And when I say almost meaning that after 25 min in that particular weight I felt my glans having too much pressure or tingly and I removed it immediately and I saw a big blister forming but I removed it right on time . And I was following a good routine and doing everything by the book . So again criticizing YOUR OWN clients instead of sending them to unclear blog on how to avoid blisters why don’t you go and shoot some clear professional instructional videos and teach us how you do it and how to properly use your product cause as I said it is not clear!!!!

Please describe what is unclear on any of our tutorial videos. All of our videos are made by our customers, one of which is Mike @ TotalMan. IMO he's made some very professional videos with clear explanations.

Sounds like from what you've described you had success for a limited amount of time, but now you're having issues. I recognize that you're frustrated and I'd honestly like to help you resolve the blister issue. I've said on many occasions the only negative side effect of vacuum hanging or of any vacuum based system is the potential for a blister. Guy's who've purchased the Phallosan or any of the Extender devices that utilize vacuum have occasionally experienced the same problem and found a way to work through it. Even guys who have used penis pumps have experienced blisters. It's inevitable, part of the learning curve, just like when you learned to ride a bicycle you probably fell and skinned your knee, but did you give up on learning to ride a bike?

So I personally would like to help you! I will set aside time to communicate with you personally, and see if we can't get you on the right track. It's a mission, but not a mission impossible. PM me with your cell number or if you're on WhatsApp we can communicate directly.

Hey Alex, this is an ingenious setup you have deviced! I tried it myself yesterday and I have a few quick questions if you don´t mind helping me with them.

                          1. The tip of the condom of the vac device, "deattaches" itself from the glans once I start hanging. This causes pressure on the tip of the glans and it is painful. How do you prevent this? If my explanation is not clear, I can send you a picture.
                          2. Do you attach the compression hanger ONLY on the wrapped up sleeve or also a bit on the "unsleeved" part of the shaft? In order to prevent the compression hanger from just pushing the vac hanger off the penis?

                          Thank you!

I’m confused by your setup. It looks like the weight is attached to the compression hanger, not the vac hanger, correct?

It looks like you are using the vac hanger as padding for the compression hanger.
Why not just clamp over the sleeve of the vac hanger and not even attach the top?
