Over 90% of all my hanging was done while standing.

Standing bothered my back ( I have slight scoliosis). So I sit...

To be honest I used to do hanging standing, but since then I kinda developed a nice method that has increased my time hanging significantly. I essentially just put a hook under my desk (parallel at the further point possible away from where i sit). That hook has allowed the change of direction of force (kinda like a pulley). So i sit down on my office chair, do my work and can have a stretch for 20 min intervals for however long im working or as long as i want to do it. All from the comfort of my office chair. lol

I do a mix of standing and seated. I am on my feet a lot of the day, so I need to sit for some of it. I am new to it though, so I can not report on long term results.
