  • BM Pulse pumping

I've been trying pulse pumping with my bathmate x40 after reading about it, but have been kind of confused about the length of sets. I see most people saying they do 5 mins sets, and then go down to low pressure for a minute, then repeat. But aren't 5 mins sets relatively long, because from reading the theory behind pulse pumping, to me it seems like it should be like 1min high, 1min low, then you keep doing that for maybe 10-20 mins, or is that unsafe?

Also does anyone know how I can estimate mmHG in a bathmate, because I've read people say to use 5mmhg for the most vacuum, I want to know if I'd be going too low if I don't go max vacuum with my bathmate? What I basically do now is use warm water to pump regularly to as much as I can go I'll keep it for like 3 mins, and then press the valve to release a bit of vacuum pressure to something lower, then after a minute or so, while standing, I'll angle the pump pointing up and pump to get as much air I can get out, and then continue pumping water out to get back to max vacuum. Usually after 3 times I'll have to refill water.

It generally a personal preference. I personally do 3 min 5hg and 1 min 2 hg. For 20 minutes. The idea is to mimic the process your dick goes through at night during REM sleep.

Ok makes sense thanks. Have you been seeing good gains with it, compared to just static pumping at higher vacuum?
