Hey dedicator I wanted to ask you how long or what is your schedule for wearing this device? I made a similar one just as yours just the only thing is I got the waist trimmer from walmart and it doesnt have velcro on it. Anyways after about 3 hours it starts to actually hurt a little so im thinking 3 hours a day is not enough. So if you dont mind me asking, what is your schedule on the device?
