First of all, hello everyone and i am very sorry for my bad spelling. I am new to this forum but not to PE. I have andro penis and i used it for 3-4 months (9-10h/day) and had some problems with ulcers and stuff so i started PE (i did some PE before AP). I am doing this routine for 2 months (https://www.pegym.com/articles/your-first-penis-enlargement-workout-routine) and i had very good results in my erections, they where rock hard, but not any visible gains in length, so i started to wear AP for 4h/day and doing my routine as well. That wasn't so good because my dick felt like dead, I guess it was to much for me... So i need help, what my routine should look like now? i can do PE and AP but i don't like AP any more, so i would like to minimize it. I have read a lot here but it is to much for me to make me my program on my own... i have read about "power hour" with extenders and so on. So please help me with my new routine.
p.s. in beginners routine i did dry jelqs at almost full erect
