  • hey does anyone hold the base of their dick when hanging? if so, has anyone figured out a way to do this without placing your hand there for hours?
    Starting Size (April 2017)~5.75"

      Best gains come when the connection point is below glans on the shaft. If you want to target more "lig" pull at the base while using the LG Hanger, then you use a fulcrum bar.

        • I want to start Hanging my penis. Using Phallosan forte head. I also want to know do I need to take a break after 20 mins?. And I am concerning using phallosan forte head can make my penis ugly?
          I am starting with 3 lbs. I've been using phallosan forte 2 times period (1 times 8 months, 2nd times 4 months but a little gains).
          Do i still need to start my hanging routine with 3 lb?

          • I'm limited to standing up during the times I can hang, so I'd have to devise some type of pulley contraption to pull off a BTC hang while standing up.


            I'm just starting, and noticed the OP is 11 years old. So before I go off rigging something new, I just wanted to see if the consensus is that starting with BTC is still the best starting point?


            Have many people been able to gain 2+ with just hanging SD?


            Would I be missing out on some gains by skipping BTC, or just slowing down potential gains?


            What I'm trying to get at is that maybe in the future, I'll be able find time to hang when I can sit down, and switch to BTC at that point. But if I kill that opportunity for growth by not starting with BTC, I'll just find a way to do BTC while standing up now.

              I don't know if any have gained 2 inches solely from just standing or not. I am sure someone may have but to be fair, a gain f 2 inches or more can happen but is not common. I believe many never hit 2 inches in length due to not being persistent enough.

              You can accomplish BTC by sitting in a chair and placing your legs at an elevated level. If you do not mind me asking, what is the reason that you say you cannot hang BTC?

              • BTC is also helpful in skin stretch which you may need to allow for good gains in length, it also targets the ligaments
                which will produce the easiest gains. It is hard to lengthen the tunica if you have not yet stretched the ligs to their full potential and BTC targets the ligs better than any other position.

                  I'd estimate that over 90% of all my hang time has been done while standing. Even the Fulcrum and Bundle hangs I did were done while standing. Since I'm the only one in my shop during working hours, it's the perfect environment and time to get my hang sessions in. With that said I suppose the vast majority of my 2 3/8" erect gain has been made with a SD hang method.

                  In my opinion the Fulcrum hang mimics the BTC hang if you place the Fulcrum bar / rod as close to the base as possible. I would even force my testicles back a ways to get the Fulcrum bar positioned so that I felt the pull right at the suspensory ligament connection.

                    I'm currently WFH, so I work in the garage on a desk at stand up height. The desk height is not adjustable. I have other people in the house, so I can only hang incognito while I'm in the garage doing work at my stand up desk. Even if I bought a high barstool, I would look like a weirdo with my legs up on my desk if someone came into the garage during the day. I have a room divider set up so I have a few seconds to unhook the weight (I use a vacuum setup) and not raise suspicions. But if I do it from a sitting down position with legs up, I don't think l'll be able to "return to normal" discreetly and quickly enough.

                    To pull off BTC while standing up, I've testing running cable/twine from the vacuum cup, then between the cheeks, and then up and over a regular pant belt worn under my shirt. The belt would not actually loop through pants, it would just be there to facilitate hanging in the BTC position. I've tested it, and can still get the weight off in time and everything else stays hidden under my shorts and shirt. But just going SD would still be much easier, more comfortable, and less chance for
                    things going awry.

                    I'm more concerned about getting the ligs stretched. I seem to have enough skin to accommodate growth.

                      Thanks. I've read about the RSDT fulcrum, which was geared to sitting down. I'll search for fulcrum hanging in general and see how to do it standing up.

                          I have just tried hanging for the first time

                          My questions are

                          Just the very tip of my penis head gets a little blueish and the outside part of the foreskin , not the rest of the penis head that us covered by the foreskin , but when i remove the hanger it disappears with a few jelqs- is this anything concern

                          when I take the load (1kg/ 2.2pounds) off i can fell some pain in the ligs in above the penis , but no pain during hanging is this normal ?

                          how long does it take to see any results
