    I wanted to ask this somewhere so here it goes..I am hanging for 2-3 months and gaining, but i am not using a BIB or anything.
    I use an ID CARD NECK STRAP(google), and a lot of wrapping with Boxing wraps, t shirt wraps, long socks..I hang for 3-4 hours a day sometimes, no discomfort, no discoloration, it s just working great for me. Gonna buy a BIB hanger eventually, but just for a thought, what do you guys think of my hanging technique?

        I hang up to 3,5 kg, BTC and SD angles. I get fatigued at 2,5-3-3,5kg, after i do my sets with these weights i switch and ride the fatigue with 2kg-1,5kg-1kg-0,5kg...I wear 0,5kg most of the day when i am in the house as an ADH, i guess..

          Well if your not getting any discoloration or discomfort then I guess you should be OK for now. Investing in a hanging device is a wise decision, especially when you reach the higher weights. Are you taking a 10 minute break every 20 minutes?

            Not after each set. I check my glans every now and then to see if it's cold or purple, if not i continue doing sets. After 3,5kg or 3kg i do wait 5-10 minutes to hang again, do some shakes/dry jelqs and i'm good to go. I rarely stop between lower kg sets, i just add up 0,5-1kg gradually.

              My glans would get purple and very cold in the beginning, even had a small blister once, after hanging and edging, but i perfected my technique and i guess my penis got used to it as well.
              I would get purple dots on the skin of my shaft where i used to wrapt and tie the noose, that hasn't happened to me in months, only happened once or twice.
              Thanks for your advice Cavalier. Hope i will have the money to buy a BIB hanger, sounds like it's the best, but if i don't manage that in 1 month from now i am going to build one up like saiyan22 with some metal things from the shops, saiyan22 made himself a great hanging device using this pipe repair clamp Pipe repair clamp with the tigtning bolt open.jpg

                  You're too kind! Thanks a lot. I am gonna work on a good sock hanger starting tomorrow.
                  That second hanger is on my oktober to do list as well..it looks like the best option.
                  Not getting a BIB hanger this year)sorry Bib...maybe next year

                      Gonna post this here, haven't gotten any answers on thunders, i hope some of you may know something that would help me, appreciate it.
                      I’ve been hanging a lot lately and have yet to see any significant bpfsl increase in 2 weeks maybe and i wanted to ask you guys if i am overdoing or anything.
                      I am currently at 3,5kg max weight doing SD BTC angles and managed 26hours of hanging in 8 days 1 of being a rest day in which i only hanged 0,5-1kg for 30-50minutes.
                      Any thoughts? I’ve been managing 15+hours each week for the last 3 weeks.
                      I’ve also been jelqing more often and i’ve reached the point where i have increased my jelq session by 10 minutes minimum(20-35min per session) because of the good PI’s i felt and the girth gains i’ve seen recently, could that be counterproductive? Could it be good seeing that you are advised as a hanger to jelq after EACH session of hanging?..i don’t do that everytime, jelq 5days on 1-2 rest, depending on how i feel.
