I wanted to ask this somewhere so here it goes..I am hanging for 2-3 months and gaining, but i am not using a BIB or anything.
I use an ID CARD NECK STRAP(google), and a lot of wrapping with Boxing wraps, t shirt wraps, long socks..I hang for 3-4 hours a day sometimes, no discomfort, no discoloration, it s just working great for me
. Gonna buy a BIB hanger eventually, but just for a thought, what do you guys think of my hanging technique?
