    Hanging

    Remek, I want to know how to give this information in your book. How to make a base for the hanger so to stack your weight on. this will go together with the muzzle hanger. These are the parts to this stacker.

        Dust,
        I am still debating on whether to include a full-blown "how-to-build-a-hanger" seciton in my book, or just direct them to a how-to seciton on the site. Either way, I definitely plan on inlcuding your hanger. Thanks for the picture.

        I plan on finishing up the hanging section early next month, so expect to get a few questions from me Right now I'm focusing on the pictures (the most important part! )

          First of all I have to thank Dustpan for all his help in getting me to the stage where my hanging is successful.

          I have had many problems in the past with hanging especially when it comes to wrapping. I used to use a cotton wrap followed by a theraband. Being an uncut hanger I have come across the frustration of trying to wrap, while pulling out the head. Sometimes I would (unintended) obtain a semi-erection while wrapping which would cause the frustration of re-wrapping.

          The What-a-Grip has been the key. A simple Tennis over-grip which is rolled up, stretched and placed over the head of the penis. Then all I do is pull out the head of the penis and with the other hand unroll the grip until is has completely covered the shaft.

          Then all I do is wrap the theraband over the top and attach the muzzle and then clamp.

          I started the first week hanging at a comfortable 4-5 pounds. I have finally moved up to 10 pounds this week where I hope to stay for a while to achieve the gains I need.

          This weight I could never comfortably do until now.

            Good to hear of your success with the WAG, the Dusty (hanger), and hanging in general.

            Already up to ten pounds, eh? Does it feel comfortable?
