  • "Hanging 75 lbs"

    Remek,

Back about three months ago I had seen a video of some Monks lifting weights. The three or four Monks started out by lifting light weights and swinging them with there penis. This was about the same thing I was doing and this was okay because I could feel or know what that felt like.
The guy that was there for the interview was quite impressed with what they were doing. The head Monk had one of the trainees go and stack the weight on this long rod with a hook on the upper end, the plates weighed 15 kg each and 10 on the stack, a total of 150 kg or 330.7 lbs. He had the interviewer go over to the this stack of weights and stand on the platform and try to lift the stack with his hands, well he couldn't lift it.
Then one of the Monks stepped up on the platform and attached his penis to the rod with some kind of silk cloth and attached it to the rod, he lifted the whole stack and held it off the floor for 15 seconds. Then the video continues to the outside where there is a 3/4 ton truck and men climbing into the back of the truck. The main Monk is outside with the interviewer, at this point the Monk attaches a rope to the silk cloth that is on his penis, and then he starts to back up taking up the slack. When the rope is tight between him and the truck he starts to pull the truck with his penis. The truck is pulled about 15 yd.
So this is some of the inspiration that got me started on the weight that I am lifting now. Before I viewed the video I already had lifted up to 30 lbs with my penis. I have set goals for myself each month for lifting, in July it was 60 lbs. Then I gave myself 2 month to reach 75 lbs. I have reached my goal of 75 lbs a month early, but right now I am training for an endurance time of 90 seconds with that weight.

I want to say this , you do not lift heavy weights all at once, and it takes time, patients and persistance. It also takes a positive mind that allows you to do this. The warm up is very important along with the stretches, I nerver go right into lifting with out these kind of stretches that I do.
    1. Straight Out
    2. Straight Up
    3. Straight Down

All these stretches are 2 minute stretch sets all are done with my own body weight except the SD, which I use a 20 pound weight and with this stretch I also swing the weight between my legs. This relaxes the upper Ligaments for a better hang. To start with the weights I start with a lower weight of 45 lbs and work my way up to my goal of 75 lbs. I allow time in between hanging for more stretching, which are all three of them

Dustpan are you gaining? And is your dick getting beat up or damaged in any way? The most I ever hung was about 45 pounds with the regular bib hanger but I was hanging for 20 minute sets.

No my penis isn't all beaten up or damaged, matter of fact its healthier then its ever been. The hanger that I use is a real good one, I developed it myself. Its soft and able to hold a lot of weight. It never pinches when you tighten down on it. It comes in different sizes for the girth of your penis shaft.

        Dino:

Your right, 75 lbs is a lot of weight (hell, 45 lbs is a lot of weight!). It sounds crazy. I first thought that Dust might be damaging himself too, but hes gaining a lot, and claiming harder erections than ever. I can't recall the most weight Bib ever used. I think it was 45 lbs too, do you remember?

It's kind of surreal to hear someone hanging with so much weight, but Dust has spent several hours daily training himself for the high poundage. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but in a way I'm really cheering him on. When it comes to PE, none of us really know what the limit is, or if there even is a limit. As Dust said in his first post, one monk claimed hanging 330 lbs - with his penis!

I just started hanging with new bib starter and I haven't hung in a year so I'm keeping it around 12-15 pounds. When I hung heavy with the bib regular after a while my dick got bruised up pretty bad.

Hey Dustpan can you post a picture of your hanger I would love to see it any hanger that can support that much weight without chewing up your dick must be a very cool design.

              Dino,

Did you just get off a deconditioning break? Hopefully it will spark some highly needed new gains.

                Hanging 75 lbs.

                Remek,

I started back up from deconditioning, I'll be exercising up until Sept 25. Then I'll stop because of Pre testing for the Hip Surgery October 2,2006. I'll start back up at the end of October. I really haven't had any new gains probably because of the heavy lifting. I am sticking with 75 lbs for right now.

                Dino,
Here are some pic of the hanger I use. Also pictures with the 75 lbs hanging from the same hanger.

So Dust, you are in fact still using the muzzle with this high weight?

Remek, Yes, I haven't changed to any other type of hanger. This muzzle hanger handles the weight very well.

Interesting hanger does it open or do you just slip it on than clamp it. I like the design I like small hangers.

                        dino,
The hanger that is in the picture slides over your shaft, then you add a clamp to hold it in place. They come in different sizes. You'll have to try to get one that is close to your girth.

Dino, and the best part about this hanger is the cost: 15 bucks, and little assembly.

Did you get a chance to try the muzzle hanger? I'm curious to see what you think about it.
