Shocking routines- for the advanced trainee

    8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM- 30 of "The Squeeze"

    9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM- 25 Slow Cranks

    10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 6:00 PM- 100 Mini-Jelqs

    11:00 AM, 3:00 PM, 7:00 PM- 15 Tension Stretches

    Of course, you'll rest after each exercise mini-session..."

    I never knew this thread existed.

    This is EXACTLY the way I"ve been PEing for about 4 months, and I've lost a little over .25 in EL and have suffered in EQ - morning wood is nearly non-existent.

    I was calling them "Side Sessions" and did one every 2 hours (alternating between jelqing and stretching) + my main PE session in the evening, on a 3/1 schedule.

    No wonder.

    All this has lead me to a Decon Break, which I am now on, begrudgingly.

      You lost a quarter inch?? Was it a quarter inch you gained before, or was it a quarter off your natural starting size? Either way that sucks to hear. Hope you get it back and more!

        From my experience with PE. Things go much better when you are patient with your gains and do lots of edging. Keep your EQ at a 9 or 10. If it drops below 9, take a day off and do minimal edging until you see your EQ get back up there.

        Less is more. I over did my shock routine and injured myself. Had to take a couple weeks off from PE. I've actually lost the gains I had made, but I know I can get them back in a 3-4 of weeks like I always do. Its just frustrating to feel yourself hitting that same plateau over and over again. I make a lot of gains, and then after 2 weeks they slowly fade away. I can't seem to get anything permanent.

        I think perhaps my problem is endurance and conditioning is never quite up to snuff.

              No porn period as of 3/13/15 had a minor relapse after 6 months+

                This routine was not meant to be performed regularly! Some valuable notes for this regimen:

                Notes

                -This routine WILL cause soreness and you may have a little erectile difficulty for a few hours after the routine. If you're a beginner, you should NOT even consider doing this until you have a few months of regular PE under your belt!

                -Prepare to take 3-5 days off after this routine. Some have seen measurable results within a few days of following a similar routine! [*]The routine will take several hours to complete (including rest breaks), but remember that you won't have to do ANYTHING for several days.

                -Due to its strenuousness, and obvious inconvenience, it should only be done once every few months.

                -WARNING! We do not recommend doing this type of routine for stamina work. Attempting to do so could likely land you in a hospital (SERIOUSLY).

                    Hey Big Al .
                    This was what I did .
                    And I lost my EQ .
                    Too much , too soon .
                    I'm definitely keeping them in my routine .
                    Every once in a while . hehe .


                    500 - Stretches - 3 sec . each .
                    4 Uli's - 1 min . each .
                    I've been doing these , and calling them flaccid squeezes .
                    Targeting my glans and upper shaft .
                    Girth exercises .
                    20 min. Test massage and sac stretches .
                    I'm really feeling the fatigue from all the work on "pecker" .
                    Then this afternoon , did another 300 Squeezes .
                    And 4 more Uli's .

                    They work well .
                    mael out !!!

                        Fantastic information
                        PE is a lot like sex. First you have to find your technique, rotate your routine, and then plan on it taking a while. Then you will find satisfaction.
