I never knew this thread existed.
This is EXACTLY the way I"ve been PEing for about 4 months, and I've lost a little over .25 in EL and have suffered in EQ - morning wood is nearly non-existent.
I was calling them "Side Sessions" and did one every 2 hours (alternating between jelqing and stretching) + my main PE session in the evening, on a 3/1 schedule.
No wonder.
All this has lead me to a Decon Break, which I am now on, begrudgingly.
