If you search for Carr McMaster at PEGym, there have been several mentions of noose materials they sell in the last few weeks.

I would recommend using one of the silicone cord sizes shown on this page. I have had good luck with the red color 0.25" silicone cord, stock number 96505K25. I would also add that, while nooses allow fairly lengthy extending periods (up to 2 hours), they are kind of uncomfortable beyond that, and I am getting ready to go to using a VacExtender mod on my X4 Labs extender therefore. But if you are using the noose this is the stuff to get in my opinion. It is a little firm which helps spread out the pressure so your totem pole of sanctity does not get blisters as it can with softer silicone tubes. They also have some of that soft silicone tube "medical grade silicone tubes" are an ok noose material, but since they are not as firm they are not as comfortable.

That's it (96505K25). Your dick may be different from mine, so always order several sizes to play around with. Try one size smaller down and one size larger up, for example. The stuff is cheap enough to permit buying several at one time. Just get a couple of feet of each one, they last for a long time. I don't know about the PolyMax stuff.

You could just use a VLC Tugger and dispense with the noose:

The silicone rubber nooses do wear out. However, it take many months and hundreds of hours of use. Here and there I have read penis extender uses who use a noose say they think they only last a week or two. Not in my experience- they last many months of hard use. Why they eventually fail is somewhat curious, but it probably has to do with over stretching them enough times they past their elastic limit.

could you tell me exactly how long does one length of the red silicone cord last. right now the one that came with my extender only last about 2-3 wks. which is shit.
