  • Newbie at hanging

    I am PEing now around 1.5 years and I finally decided to start hanging, because I can't see any results. I read an article about one guy who was doing PE and didn't gained that much (1 inch over a period of 2.5 years). After he started with hanging for 3-4 days a week in a row. And he was wearing those weights for 8-10 hours the days he was hanging. And took then 1-2 days off. He claims that he grew 1 inch with hanging magnetic weights in 6 months. He says that he started at 1/4 pounds after two months he started hanging with 1/2 pounds and after another 2 months he started to hang with 3/4 pounds. (If you don't know which kind of hangers I mean write in eBay Penis Enlargement and you will see them)

    -So my question was, is this possible? Because I want to try it out too.

    -Is it true that you have to at least use 1/4 pound to gain (that's what the seller on eBay says)? You see on other sites people using 1-2 pounds weight for hanging .

    -And do you need to keep jelqing (and also stretching) while hanging?

      Thanks for the link, but they are talking about hanging with at least 2 pounds and sets of 20 minutes. I want to hang with 1/4 pound and for 3-4 days in a row with 1-2 days off. And hang for 8-10 hours, just as I described above. I mean hanging just like an extender, but this is cheaper and it seems to be cheap, that's why I wanted to use those weights.

        That device really isn't hanging in the traditional sense; its just an ADS that uses weight rather than springs etc.

        Its been talked about a couple of times on these forums: Magnetic weight hanging

        And Big Al has a way that you can make that weight yourself without having to buy the ones off ebay. The Bikers Passive Stretcher

          Thanks Pricaso. I was kind of curious, (it wasn't answered on the other forum) that if you would wore a padlock hanger (instead of a magnetic hanger), but would use it as I described above (8 hours a day for 3-4 days and 1-2 rest) would you grow. So I mean using a padlock hanger just as an extender. Or will it just help with ADS?

            Would you be using this in addition to manual PE? Or would it be the only PE you do?

            I think that an ADS can definitely help with gains in combination with a thorough PE routine. I think that at that weight and for 8 hours at only 3-4days it is highly unlikely that you would see gains.

            Since you have been PE'ing for 1.5 years I take that you are well conditioned and would recommend that if you are interested in hanging that you consider getting a Bib/homemade hanger and take a look at Waylanders link. I just started hanging 2 weeks ago and am seeing great results already, hopefully post pics within a month or two (so far gained .25" in BP/NBPEL...I couldn't believe it)

              guys i dont no how many times i say this but pe is for life not just for a year or 2 like building muscle it takes time and alot of training with rest .. you wil have good days and bad days what a girl wants is someone who can use what they have got and last in bed..

                excuse me for my question but I'm just curious to know how to hang... I mean..when you wear the hanging device can you be clothed or have you supposed to be naked?

                  As I understand it, some extenders can be worn under baggy clothing, but it isnt exactly comfortable. As for hanging, Id suggest at least having your pants off, since the weight is supposed to hang freely between your legs, so pants would be kind of an obstruction.

                    so haning can be done for short period of time .. but I read that one can hang for 8 hours or more when advanced... is this advanced trainer going to stay naked all the day long?

                      I too have a question about haning... or two or three questions...

                      I should hang opposite my LOT??? I LOT at 6, straight down. Should I then be hanging over my shoulder?

                      Laws of physics change the weight as you go around a fulcrum, like a block and tackle. Even going halfway around a tree or post, you change (reduce) the resultant weight or force on the other end of the rope- while you gain leverage to move greater weights with less force. So, that being said, should one use MORE weight hanging over he shoulder? If you "should" be hanging 5lbs down, should you be hanging MORE weight over the shoulder, like 8lbs?

                      Should I expect NO gains hanging down at 6 o'clock? Or can I still hang that way from time to time and get gains?

                        LOL, the hangers which I have mentioned are 1/4 lbs. You can wear those ones under your pants, but if you are planning to hang something between 1-2 lbs you won't do this for 8 hours long. You will than hang for 10 hours weekly.
