Simulating Clamping

I've never used a cock ring. I'm sure if you are reading this and you've clamped before, you know how raging hard and veiny your penis can be. So here's my question: Is there any kind of cock ring that can get your penis close to that hard. I mean, I've used Viagra recreationally and that doesn't even come close. Of course, I can't wear a cable clamp while being with the woman, so are there any other alternatives just for fun? Thanks in advance.

Bob, the stretch medical tubing that physical trainers use works well. I think they are called therabands. You have to play with it a bit to get it perfect, but once there, its not too bad. Its definitely not the cable clamp, but its not to shabby either. I was using it as a ADC, but found it was too irritating to the skin on the bottom side of my shaft when worn all day.
