I am going to attempt to make my own tomorrow. It will essentially serve the same function as the vacextender head piece, but using the comfort strap on my x4.

I bought the materials today. I plan on putting Vacextender out of business. I'm going to a dredg and The Dear Hunter concert tonight, and I'm busy all day today and tomorrow. Hopefully over the weekend.

I have been using my VacExtender Modification kit with an X4 for about 3 months. Very satisfied with the increased comfort and the ability to use it at night in bed. I can now go for over two hours. Caution note, however - I developed two small water blisters on my glans last week from wearing it too long at high tension. Recovery time is about 10 days. I also had previously been pumping for 30 minutes which could have contributed to the process.

When using at night in bed. Are you able to sleep thru an erection? That is my main problem at this point with the X4 at night. About every hour I wake up in pain. Once the erection subsides the pain is gone. I don't even have to remove the extender just wait a few minutes for it to subside. In reality it is probably good that I am up every hour to check on things. But I have no problem during the day going for more than 2 hours straight so I feel comfortable with 2 hours at night.

Funflyer, I, unfortunately, can't answer your question in the context of your question because I have ED (18 years of diabetes) and rarely have un-medicated erections at night. I have taken supplements and/or Viagra during the night with my extender on when I anticipate sex in the morning and can achieve a nice semi while sleeping which actually improves comfort, especially with the VacExtender Mod because of the increased head swell. However, I do not get hard erections unless I add constriction which I can not do in an extender.

I think (without actual experience) that the VacExtender mod should allow you to sleep through an erection without discomfort (if you can now without an extender on) because the silicone sleeve allows for expansion and should not cause undue pressure or constriction of the glans and shaft.

There are other members who use the VacExtender (Rhinoguy comes to mind) who perhaps can give you a more definitive answer to your question.

Takes a while to come all the way out to Oz.

Actually it has arrived now, but I haven't opened it. The learning curve involved in putting the thing on is a disincentive - can't until I have a spare two hours to get my head around it, as it were. Will try today (Sunday).

However, my Vacutech pump also arrived on the same day. Now that didn't take much to work out!
