I know I’m replying to this much later, but I just had to say thank you. This was a game changer. The noose doesn’t move at all and there is no awkward feeling from it being strapped tight. I think this may have resolved a lot of my extender issues. I’m only about 30 or so minutes into it, so I’m going to continue testing it throughout the remainder of the week, but wow I’m impressed. Thank youOriginally posted by Captainzombie79 View PostHey bro, I had the same problem as you, every time I tried to put it on eventually my penis got a bit flaccid and it fell right off... and if I tightened it too much to keep it on my head got numb and started to turn purple. I tried it for about a week and just about gave up on it, but in my mind I knew there had to be a way. then I saw a video of someone putting one on with tape under it... so I went to the hardware store, asked if they had any tape that was like rubber... the funniest thing, the woman led me to a new product called Rescue tape. They even had a video playing showing all the uses. it sticks to itself, is soft and so far has been comfortable. It cost around 10 bucks and is worth every penny, and it's reusable. https://www.rescuetape.com/ I just wrapped once and a half around right below the head, the silicon from the tape sticks like glue to the silicon from the extender keeping it on and in place, no matter how much you stretch it, it won't fall off. so far it's been on my dick with me moving around and everything, even sleeping in it works. Honestly I think the extender should come with a roll of this stuff cause it's a miracle product that seems to be made for it. Oh, and the best thing about this, cause the tape holds to your skin and to the device, you don't have to tighten it to where your head goes numb. PS, there isn't anything sticky on the tape, just the type of material that is used naturally sticks to things like plastic and itself. Give it a try and you'll be gaining in no time.
If anyone else should be interested and you live in Australia, I found this in Bunnings called “Tommy Tape.” The guy thought I had made the product up since I’m American and had done my “Australian equivalency of Rescue Tape” research before going in case they asked what I was using it for and tried to sell me an adhesive product instead.

I had added Velcro to my noose to keep the bottom silicon straps in place and added a top strap but I still slid out. I know that’s not the traditional Velcro mod but it did help. The silicon tape has been pretty successful for me so far.
