  • what you can do with a pump

    I am posting this to see if other pumpers are using thier pumps as stretching devices as well as pumpin. I have a 3.25 inch cylinder along with a 2.00 cylinder. In my Progress log I refer to them as 2.00 inch or first stage cylinder, and second stage or ball cylinder.
    The second or ball clinder has many additional uses besides just sticking in your wang and pumping. The ball cylinder is designed to stretch the ligements, This is crucial in adding length for pumpers. Many pumpers seem to claim no real length gains but I have to ask them if they are using a ball cylinder or not?
    Some of the things you can do while in the large diameter tube are circle stretchesup or donward stretches, gentle tugs on the cylinder and even squats. While in the cylinder by just standing straight up and leaning your upper body backwards you will get an incredible stretch on your upper ligements. All of these movements or stretches can most certainly be felt in the target areas.
    So if you have pumped but gave it up but still have your equipment, maybe a ball cylinder is the next piece that you should add to your inventory.
    Another advantage to this is that a successfull pumping routine will require time and dedication, thats just the way it goes as with any other penis enlargement method but with the stretching being performed while inside the tube you can save alot of time vice stretching before you go into the tube. I am not saying you shouldnt stretch as I do stretch almost every day, it just gives you options when you want to do it all but only have the time to do half of your regimen on any given day.
    One should note that when you rotate or tug the tube that the pressure inside of the tube can spike up, as long as you monitor it you will be ok, just dont pull so hard that you raise the pressure to an unsafe limit.
    One more advantage is that the stretching can be done at very low hg(vacuum pressure). You can pull your Unit extremely well at only 3 hg.
    I just wanted to share this with some of the pumpers out there, especially the pumping newbies who have sent me e-mails asking about pumping, I hope you find this valuable to your programm.

      Thank GTO, I also wanted to mention one important feature that I forgot to mention about doing kegels. While in the tube you can also monitor your keggle strength, For this I use the first stage(2.00 inch) cylinder. I get myself prepped for the pump and enter it setting my pressure at 4 or 5 hg. I then make sure the seal is good, let my self get comfortable and begin to keggle. My goal is to get 25 good keggles that will force the hg on the guage to increas by 1, for example I am at 4 hg, I then keggle and hold it. the pressure will spike up to 5 to 5 1/2. I guarantee if anyone does 25 of these they will feel it very much so. It is a fantastic way to test and monitor your keggle strength increase and duration. For those who keggle, you will not find a more accurate way to track this. I know some are doing many keggles but 25 good ones are much better than 100 low quality keggles.

        Getting there, do you have any other tips for this, I know you are one of the resident experts on pumping. My goal here is to debunk the theory that pumping is only a method of temporary increas in penis size, i know what works for some does not work for others but I read many posts from guys who say that they jelque and get no gains, they may be doing it wrong or maybe they would just be better of trying something else. I do believe in jelquing personally but I know my gains are mostle due to pumping and I will go above and beyond to prove one can gain for the long term by pumping

            you will find it to be an incredible keggle routine, I would suggest not to go to crazy, 25 should be good to try it out at, let us know what you think when your finished

              Thanks for the pumping tip Bigo. I have always kegeled while pumping, primarily because I have ED and kegels help pump in a little extra blood to improve engorgement, not to mention improve penile health. Never thought of using the gauge to measure the strength of the kegel. I usaually remove the pump once I reach a 4 - 5 vacuum, but now I guess I need to keep them attached to measure strength. I can also set goals to see if I can reach an additional 2 hg, etc. Always good to have something to do while performing a boring task.

              I am not a regular whole unit pumper, but I do have a large tube and whole unit pump once or twice a month. Never noticed any improved ligement stretch, mostly just bigger turkey neck and bigger sack for a few days.

                  if you are a n00b then DO NOT TRY THIS... your penis might literally explode.

                  I am brand new to this forum (this is my first post), but I am FAR from being new to the world of PE because I have been doing it on and off for 10 years now. I have also recently started using my pump in a different way that is directed toward length gains... it is accepted that for the best results from pumping that the user should operate the pump at a reasonably low pressure (2-7Hg), but I recently decided to start pumping at higher pressures. many people in the pumping community are very much against this due to the fact that it does little more than bloat the outer skin of the penis and the effects on the actual internal tissues are very limited and possibly restricted from growth due to limited room for expansion from the fluid buildup. however... techniques in the length department concentrate on the application of pressure from a device or exercise for an extended period of time. this got me to thinking about if there is a way to combine the 2 and I have recently come up with a solution that seems to be working. I say that it seems to be working based on the fact that I actually had to order a "Big Man's Pump" from bottoming out in my 8" tube. with regular pumping, I was able to work around it and change my pumping angles and pressures to avoid having to upgrade my tube but with this latest technique I dont seem to have an option and need a longer tube.

                  now for the insane technique that I am using... some people in the pumping community have discovered that the use of a condom can help them increase the duration and/or pressures of their pumping session since they limit the buildup of fluid underneath the skin. I tried this a few times over the past few weeks and although I can increase the pressure and duration of my session... I wanted to see how far I could push it without having excessive fluid buildup, but to do that, there needs to be more pressure applied to the outside of the penis. it only took me a few minutes of thinking to come up with a solution. I recently acquired a clear silicone penis sheath that I was going to convert into an ADS/ANS and cut it so that it would be a 2" sleeve that would cover the skin below my glans because I am prone to forming a donut at higher pressures/lengths of time. I tried this once or twice by itself and it seemed to help quite a bit... but then it hit me: COMBINE THE CONDOM AND THE SLEEVE... (then I figured why not give it an extra bit of kick with a cock ring?). after a warm up, stretching and a bit of dry jelqing I got everything set up. this part is kind of tricky because I stretch the base of the condom around the outside of the tube (no ring is used on the base of the pump with my personal use of this technique) so that the pressure on my shaft is fairly even and the condom does not try to work itself off. pumped up to 5Hg and kegeled for a few mins to get nice and plump/prepare the tissue for the coming insanity. then I watched the clock and did a countdown to get my timing exact... once the time came, I spiked up to 15Hg and was going for the 20 minute mark, but after 10 mins at that pressure and no indication of swelling, I pumped up to 20Hg... the stretching feeling was INSANE... but I found out (as stated earlier) that I need a longer tube because I was bottoming out. not as in barely touching but as in I had to manipluate the tube/penis to keep pumping without (the now painful) cramming the head of my penis into the top of the tube despite the pressures from the condom and sleeve restricting the outward expansion of my penis. near the end of the session I started counting down the minutes as well because I thought I was going to find blotches and bruising, but nope... not a single mark... and the swelling from fluid buildup was very minimal (mostly coming from the space between the bottom of the sleeve and the base of my penis). I took the condom off and put the sleeve back on for the warm down. I think I am going to find a longer sheath and give this another try in a week or so (I would never recommend you doing this more than once a week or so, but there are a number of guys out there that may have hit a plateau like I have and are just looking something that is going to trigger more growth).

                  tl;dr: length growth from pump=condom+silicone sheath+15-20Hg for 20 mins (first session ever-time may increase) (with limited fluid buildup)

                  any of you guys have similar experiences? Im going to follow up once the new pump gets here in a few days.

                    wow man - that is insane! And pumping to the extreme! LOL
                    Very curious to your results ... do keep posted ...

                    And for guys that have been pumping less than 6 months, please do NOT try what sssssteve just described ... extreme pumping like this is NOT for the novice!!

                      this is also NOT a technique that is to be used on too frequent of a basis. I am going to start a new thread and post weekly reports in regard to progress (if any) that is made. I feel it would be better suited as a forum topic than a blog to annotate experience that other members of the forum may have with such extreme pumping...

                      this is the equivalent of a power lifter bench pressing 500lbs... it takes them a while to get up to that point... and they dont max out every other day.

                        5sTeve, I was wondering what additional protection the condom provides above and beyond the silicone sleeve. Does it protect the glans from excess vacuum?

                          Amazing discovery/technique ssssteve. I would like to try this one day when I'm fully conditioned, where would you reccommend purchasing a silicone protective sleeve similar to yours? Also, would you ever consider taking before & after pics of such a pumping seesion to give us a good visual, thanks

                            However, they are a bit pricey. If sssssteve has access to less expensive sleeves it would be helpful.
                            There is also a thread on here describing how to make your own sleeves, but I can't remember where it is. Perhaps you can do a search.

                              well I have been gone for a couple days so I missed this. SSSSSteve, I too would like to follow your progress with your experiment. I am not yet ready to try something as extreme as this yet. I am still newer to pumping and am still getting fantastic results but maybe in the future it might be an option, please let us all know if you come up with other pumping creations that provide benefits.
