  • How to use PenimasterPro for maximal results?

    I am currently wearing it for about 2 hours each day from Monday to Friday, always before bed (since I am away the entire day) and then for about 3-4 hours on Saturday and Sunday, since I have more time on those days. I always try to rest after about an hour for maybe 20-30 minutes. Sometimes I go even 2 hours with no rest if I feel good.
    I am also trying to add new rod always when my penis feels kind of relaxed at the maximum tension that is being put on it by the current rods. For me this adaptation period lasts about 2-3 weeks, so I can increase the rod length by another 1-2 cm.
    Am I doing everything right? I wonder if I should be extending more hours per day?
    Also, I am kind of worried about my passive healing because during the day I walk around a lot and my penis is sometimes turtling a bit because of it. I wonder if that can have a negative effect on my gains or cause hindrance to the adaptations I am trying to achieve by extending?
    Any advice or tips on extending would be much appreciated, thanks!

    I'd suggest getting a silicone sleeve and wearing that during the day and after your extending, It will keep you extended and prevent turtleing
    Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

              You need to do more then 2 hours a day I gained about one inch in 5 months but I was averaging 8 to 9 hrs a day 6 days a week wearing the pmp. At the very minimum you need to put in 6hrs a day or you won't see results.

                Thanks a lot man! I will do that.
                May I ask you if you did just extending or also something else alongisde that? Also, the hours of the day that you didnt wear the extender, did you have your penis just free or did you put on some form of sleeve or ADS to keep it extended?

                  My off days are my off days I really don't do anything. I bought a hydromax 9 and would use that in between sets. I would wear my pmp for 4 to 6 hrs in the morning to about 3pm. At 3 I would do the hydromax for about 5 minutes to get recirculation to my head. Honestly tho I don't think you need to spend $200 for that pump theirs other options that do the same thing that are cheaper. After 3 months I also discovered if you use the pmp without the diaphragms it works a lot better you get way more suction. And if your planning on doing it for more then 6 month I would recommend buying a quick extender pro for your second 6 months do NOT use the top piece of the qep it sucks and is dangerous, the pmp's suction device will actually work with the qep rod expander buy the base qep and extra rods. The qep seams like a cheap Chinese POS but it does provide 3 to 4 times the traction as the pmp rod expander. Also keep a exact log on how many hours a day you wear it. I would right down on a piece a paper every day when I started then would mark when I would take it off for a bathroom break and when I would put it back on. I feel like a lot of guys on here over exaggerate how many hours they put in. You will be surprised how much time your not wearing it when you need to break for the bathroom.

                    You mentioned you used a pump between sets of extending, how long the sets of extending should be? (minimum and maximum)
                    And how do you actually progress on the PMP extender? I am currently stuck on the same rod length for a month now, maybe even more.

                      Well your stuck on the same rod length because you have not put in the necessary time to progress. For me in the morning my sessions are usually 30 minutes to a hour with the extender then I need to take a 5 to 10 min break for the bathroom I piss a lot in the morning lol. But as the day goes on I wear it for a hour to two hours with no break. Usually I go from 8am to 3pm wearing it with 5 to 10 min bathroom breaks at lunch I take it off for 30 minutes. Then continue on to 3pm I then pump for 5 min to regain circulation. I then take about a 2 to 3 hour break to go work out and eat dinner. Then continue using it for another 3 to 4 hours untill I go to bed. If you put in 8 to 10hrs a day I would say about every 2 weeks you can attach a .5cm bar. Your first 3 months if your wearing it 8 to 10 hrs a day you should gain about 2 to 3cm in rod length. After 3 to 4 months progress slows and you might only be gaining .5cm per month to 6 weeks. Biggest thing is just putting in the time and making sure you have proper suction. Like I said early I got much better suction after I stopped using the diaphragms and just used the sluices try it you will be surprised. Does take a couple days for your head to get used to the increase suction so you might just want to do 30minute sessions with 5 minute breaks in between.

                        The amount of traction has a bearing, too. I'd be willing to bet my LGExtender exerts WAY more traction than your device. If I'm not mistaken it's 10lbs per inch of spring compression. Also, I have to monitor my penis not getting the appropriate supply of blood. Therefore, I take the LGex. off every hour...that and like I said, I'll wear it less due to the amount of traction. It's a beast.

                          I see different suggestions for the amount of time spent extending and seeing gains. This post suggests that 3-4 hours tops is what will produce gains.

                          I believe the post is for extending in general regardless of which brand you have. I have been going with 3-4 hours on the schedule suggested but have not seen any gains. I started a year ago and had some gains in the beginning when i was wearing it for 5-6 hours.. I have sorta given up on seeing any gains but it seems to help with the E.D i experience off and on.

                            I really have trouble putting in so much time. My day is usually like this: I wake up, eat breakfast, go to gym, comeback, go to work and comeback in the evening around 7-8pm even 9. In my work I move a lot so I wouldnt wear it there. What I thought about actually was wearing it during sleep, that way I could get solid 7-8 hours of wear. Then I add few more during the day , like 3-4 and I have 10-12 hours per day. But I am not sure if PMP is safe to wear throughout the night.

                              You might want to look at a belt system if you are planning on wearing it at night.
