  • Continuous Extender Time

    In order for extending to be effective and successful, does the time spent extending need to be continuous in a block throughout the day? For example, could I extend for 2 hours, do a 1 hour weight training workout and shower, then extend for another 2 hours after that? Or is it better to extend for a 4 hour block with short breaks taken when needed?

    Just curious what everyone's opinions are on this.

    I prefer rest/circulation breaks, some warming, gentle massage. As far as duration, its circulation, tingling, coldness, that'll be your feedback.
    Nothing foolish. Avoid erections while wearing extenders.

      If you can try to spread the extending hours across the day. It's always good to chill for a bit after 1 hour of extending. If you have time take 30-60 mins breaks, hot water, massaging and helicopter shakes help, also pumping and jelqing. I noticed that right after I hit the gym or went cycling there's a lot less blood circulation in the banana than in a normal state. Most of the blood is needed in the bigger muscle groups. Therefore I take a restday and just extend the next day. After a hard workout I hit the shower with bathmate but also there is a small performance difference right after the workout vs without. Sometimes less is more.

        Nothing wrong with taking a break.

              Thank you! I have been discouraged by my lack of results, but it's my own fault for not being consistent. Right now, I am doing 3 days of 4 hours per day of extending, 1 day off, 2 more days on, 1 day off. After extending for the day, I either use the Bathmate or jelq.

                Actually, now that I look back on it, I had more results than I realized. I joined here at 5.5" BPEL and am at 6.25" BPEL now.

                  Congrats! For me personally, when my BPEL increased 0.75" is when I could really start to feel a difference.

                    I really can't say I feel or see a difference, but it has been over a long 5 year period with lots of inconsistency on my part.
