In order for extending to be effective and successful, does the time spent extending need to be continuous in a block throughout the day? For example, could I extend for 2 hours, do a 1 hour weight training workout and shower, then extend for another 2 hours after that? Or is it better to extend for a 4 hour block with short breaks taken when needed?
