  • LG Hanger (and Extender) - My Experience After a Year of Use

I have been using the LG equipment for about a year now. The quality and build is A+. There is a learning curve to be had on these fronts; wrapping the glands, packing and putting the dome on/dealing with the sleeve (especially when it's new/tight). Unfortunately, you will have to discover what works for you, but some things that have helped me is when unfolding the sleeve - I pull all the skin of my penis downwards which helps assure there'll be no pinching as the tight new sleeve unravels on my dick. I immediately did away with the cheap dog leash clip and replaced it with a nice sized carabiner. Does the dog leash clip work? Sure. However, to prevent any accidents (which is my #1 priority), the carabiner is far safer for many reasons.

If you are an everyday hanger/extender you will wear out the sleeves quicker. How does it wear? It will not seal onto your shaft as well. It's easy to feel the difference. A velcro strip is supplied and this is imperative to use. Simultaneously, use after use will cause the opening to slightly deformed. After all, it's being stretched over the dome every time in order to pack it (with the head and partial shaft of your dick). A slight deformation will mean that it will not be airtight. You will find that as it deforms more through use, you will have to fasten the velcro tighter and tighter until you cannot make allowances anymore and have to replace the sleeve. Not a big deal at all.

New sleeves are sold in 8" pcs. and are approx $29 ($31 for the largest girth). You can feel the difference of using a new sleeve, because the unit feels like it's pulling from the entire shaft, which is one of the greatest things about this product. If you're beginning to feel like it is pulling primarily from the glands, it means that the seal is not right. A number of things can cause this, so it's up to you to determine what's going on, but for me I know that I need to try to get the velcro strap tighter (which is a challenge/create a seal). Apply the velcro at the very end of the sleeve. When I add vacuum to the dome it's very easy to tell if it's sealed well. You should feel like there's almost no resistance when squeezing the pump. And you should not be feeling the vacuum only on the glans, but across your entire penis. 100% if you're feeling the pressure only on your glans, you are not airtight.

I could not recommend hanging system enough. It's very expensive, but you do get what you pay for.

LG Extender: just like that hanging system, the best materials are used. In addition, the springs can apply 10 pounds of pressure per square inch of compression. That's excellent. For my penis, using this in conjunction with the hanging system IS a game changer. Unfortunately, you will not be able to conceal the extender. So, forget about leaving the house with it on.

Once you have it on, you're good to go. Getting it on is a total pain in the ass if you're using it straight out of the box with no mods. The rods can freely move and IMO after lots of use, I can confidently say that they should be friction-fitted to the ring, so they don't wobble all over the place when trying to get situated. This would make a significant difference in the operation of the product.

Hack : How can you get around this maddening aspect? Cut apprx a 3"" piece of 1.125 sleeve and stretch it around the ring. It this goes around rod fittings at the base of the ring and keeps them from flopping around. In addition, this adds a little layer of extra padding at the base of the ring (a translucent silicone pad is included if my memory serves me correctly.) . This is especially important if you are using a lot of pressure in your extension, as the ring will be pressed tightly to the base of your penis. I then use a stanley knife to clear away the excess sleeve on the both the exit and entrance of the ring so my penis can more or less go through the circumference without having to force it through. As it tands now, I still have to pull my dick through the opening fairly forcefully. Perhaps I'm girthy, or perhaps the opening is tight... I believe it's the first one, so I should also mention that when you do use the Stanley knife try not to take away so much that the pressure that the sleeve is applying to the fittings on either side of the ring is not relieved so much that the reason for putting it on in the first place (e.g. keeping the rods from flopping around) is defeated.

Keep an eye/finger on if your penis starts to get cold. I actually use my thumb to wick blood in the shaft downwards towards the dome and/or I'll stand up and then do the same coaxing.

Had all this to do over again, I would absolutely make the same purchases I did.

Gains? I never measured a starting point Other than girth (I'm 6.5") and in the extender I'm now at apprx 7". It's slow going, but it IS going. *** one of the reasons why I started using the extender again is because I recently heard a report from somebody who gained 1 inch from their use of their Penimaster. They have pictures to prove it as well. So I figured, I have the extender and I haven't really been using it (except when I first got it).... so started adding it to my recipe (2+hrs a day). The difference is remarkable in my flaccid hang. I know there are many ppl who believe only hanging @ X-weight amount will elongate and that may be true for them. However, I would urge you to discover what works FOR YOU! btw -i f you are using an LG hanger you should use the LG extender in order to save money. The penimaster is more $ and the build is less. Only benefit of it is if you would want to go outside while you had it on. It should be mentioned that it cannot produce nearly the amount of pressure that the LG can.

Caution: aside from pinching myself pretty severely several times in the first couple of months, and sneezing while hanging weight (absolutely try not to do this slash if you feel the sneeze coming up… Lift the weight immediately before you sneeze and or cough really hard)...

I urge all of ye to proceed with caution. Unlike the name of this website, you are in fact not at the gym. "No pain/no gain" is a bullshit expression if applied to PE. You only have one penis. Proceed with extreme caution. I have never had a blister, nor a serious injury. That is my number one goal, because if I do not adhere to that, I will not achieve my number 2 goal; which is actual PE! Once you get into a groove of how all of this is supposed to feel, and what your personal limits are - which simply may NEVER be what they are for someone else - you are going to seriously enjoy the ritual.

    Nice to see fair reviews.

I have two LG hangers, a regular one and one for bundled stretches.

I too, would still purchase these items if I had to do it again.
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Thanks! I just revised it, too so you may see a few things in there that weren't there when you first read it.

One thing about the pivot points on the Pelvic base ring, if you don't want the flexibility you can take make a little paper washer and remove the pivot point cap screws and insert the paper washer to take up the slack, and make the rods less mobile. Or you can take a piece 150 or 180 grit sand paper, lay it on a flat surface and flat sand the face on one side of the little internal aluminum bushings to tighten things up.
The primary reason for the slack is because of the fluctuations on the purchase part clevis thickness or mounting flange. I have to provide some tolerance in order for everything to move and not be too tight.

Thank you for your thoughtful critique!

I took your critique of the LGH Extender seriously and began to think of ways to remedy the rod "wobble" you're experiencing. I came up with a couple improvements today to minimize it. I made a thicker spring bar that captures the springs with deeper engagement. I also added a hook to the spring bar so that you can easily transition from hanging to extending with no problems. I will start to make all new extenders with these modifications along with making the rods 2" longer.

PM me when you have a chance, I have a couple questions.

            Thanks - Marlon

              First off, thank you kindly.

Here's one other thing I would like to add which I feel is a much needed/important addition. Mill slots in the plastic ring so the rods can face directly downwards and upwards. e.g. so the rods can travel 180 degrees (from 12 to 6 o'clock). The user should be able to touch the dome to the abdomen and go straight downwards. That way you can still use the same interface for the rods. Sorry for not being able to describe it 100% accurately but I think you totally get what I'm saying. In its current state when I'm walking around and my penis is facing downward, it cranks the apparatus forward so the plastic actually is forced into the scrotum. In my opinion, he should be able to go directly down with the ring staying in one spot/or directly up. Etc.

You actually supplied me with that exact hook and longer rods :-)

How I prepare to use this: I already have the clear plastic "pad" that I cut (for the opening ) fitted over the ring. I have to feed my penis through. It's a bit of a hassle because A) my girth and B) the hole I cut it's great. At that point I balance the rods on the kitchen counter while I wrap up. Then I pull the sheath over the Dome (this could also have been a step that I might've done prior), stuffed myself in the dome pull the sheath back down, put on the Velcro wrap and make sure that I am airtight. Pump the slightest amount to the dome and then let the games begin.

I'm starting to think that if this is not added into the hanging recipe, Gaines will be slow. But then again… We're all different and this seems to be working very well for me. It has definitely affected my EQ in a way simply hanging never did. Weird, but I'll take it!

I believe I understand what you're looking for. To be clear.... you desire the pelvic ring to be able to swivel a full 360* degrees? If I'm understanding you correctly say yea or nay. If yea, I believe there's an easier modification option other than cutting clearance on the pelvic ring. I think it would be a much easier fix for me to just modify the clevis than the ring. I could do that simply by milling a little material off the inside mounting area of the clevis on the black area outlined in the photo attached. That would allow the pelvic ring to have a greater range of motion.

Let me know what you think...

100% YES!!!!! This would make the the unit markedly more comfortable. I'll reach out to you in the DM.

I hope that everyone reading this can see why LG Hanger/Marlon is simply the best company for PE. Who else is open to optimizing their products in public/realtime?
