  • Bathmate questions

Hi everyone. I just purchased a Bathmate pump and put it to the test yesterday in the shower for 5 minutes. It's an interesting feeling having it on but now I want to start using it regularly and I have some questions:

    1) What routine should I be using with the pump? Can anyone give me an exemplary routine that can be scaled over time?
    2) Should I be entering the pump erect/flaccid or it doesn't matter?
    3) Lastly, there's something that's super confusing to me even though I read articles about it. It's about the vacuum pressure I think it's called, saw some figures like 5h and similar and I have no clue about it. Can someone please explain this to me, how I should be checking my pressure and what levels should I be aiming for?

1.) I'd follow Bathmate's suggested routine to begin.
2.) Erect--and try to stay erect while you're in there. It helps cut down edema when you come out and feels like you really worked on the internals. I use a silicon ring at the base to help / make it easier staying erect when in the Bathmate.
3.) I have no clue--I just use my body's response or pain to judge if I'm going too far or not.

Been a bathmate user for around 2.5 yrs

      1. To start id follow their routine but once adapted to it feel free to extend your sessions. Sometimes I go for 20mins
      2. Erect or close to erect. I honestly stopped caring about going in full boner because its a huge pain in the ass sometimes.
      3. Just follow how it feels. I like to feel some heavy suction but first pain either fully stop or tap the head to reduce pressure.

Is pumping your only exercise? Also, after a month i highly recommend going 100% erect in, as it gives much better experience. Pressure lvls really just depends on what feels comfortable. The first month should really just be a trial period so i dont recommend trying anything crazy. When i used the bathmate i would typically adjust the pressure to around where it feels uncomfortable and then release a bit of pressure, so i would get the maximum pressure while it still feels comfortable. If you plan on going serious with pumping, i recommend getting one with a gauge, so you can control it much better
