Extender for uncut guys

I am wondering if there is a better way to use the extender for uncircumcised guys. Currently I use it with the vlc tugger since the noose and comfort strap did not work and my penis kept slipping out.

Sometimes my foreskin starts slipping with the vlc tugger as well, especially when I am sitting down. Someone told me that maybe I should remeasure and order a new cone, but my flaccid code size is still the same.

I use a combination of tools and found this is the perfect setup.

1. X4 Labs as the main extending tool. Threw away the straps because those are horrible.
2. Size Master Pro blue vac cup ONLY. They're super cheap and good strong plastic.
3. A generic wine vac to suck out the air on the Size Master pro vac cup.
4. Recently just bought Size Doctor silicone sleeve thing for their vac cup. These little sleeve creates a perfect air tight seal. The only issue is the hole to slide into is so tiny. Had to cut it with scissors.

I never slip out unless I'm shooting for crazy tension, which I don't do. Before finding those Size Doctor silicone sleeve I was using the regular silicone sleeves you can find and they would last me about two months before being worn out or tearing.

Everything outside of the X4 labs extender was purchased for cheap on aliexpress.

A lot of un-cut men use our extender. Even Mike at Totalman said ours was the best, and that's before he copied my design.

You won't have to scrounge together a bunch of other devices in order to get a system that works. Our medical grade silicon sleeves don't tear and will last 4-5 months.

So do you guys use the other silicone sleeve that protects the penis, or will micropore tape be enough to protect the glands. I tried it before and could not get it on
