  • Is my routine too much for a beginner?

    Hello all,

    So I started my PE Journey a little over a month ago by using the Quicker Extender Pro penis extender. My main focus is straightening out my curve.

    Here is my exact log of how my training has been going:

    I've been following the guide that the manufacturer provides. After 3 weeks I was feeling great and my EQ was amazing. But now in the beginning of week 6 my EQ has seemed to go down quite a bit and I'm very upset about it, my piece almost feels a little smaller. Should I stop? I was following a 5 days a week regiment, thinking that 2 rest days a week was enough but maybe it's not. I also read on here that maybe it is due to the fact that I'm using a noose style extender. If this product is one step forward and 2 steps backward, can anyone recommend a different device, or effective way to straighten out by penis by lengthening the shorter side. I'm very conflicted about this. I've also been seeing a new girl and the bedroom time is quickly approaching, I want to make sure I'm ten hut when that time comes, should I take an indefinite break from using this device?

    A decrease in EQ is normal as you progress with extending. You are causing stress to your penis, so a lower EQ is to be expected. It's like doing bicep curls, if you keep doing them until your arm is fatigued, you're not going to have much strength until your arm recovers. You're probably at the point where you are really starting to stretch your penis, so it's going to be more fatigued. Unless you are really concerned, I'd suggest to keep going for a couple more weeks and see if things start to improve. If you are experiencing an excessive amount of discomfort/pain, then you should take an extended break.

    That's my $0.02, so take it for what its worth. You know your body better than anyone in the forums, so you need to do what you feel is best for you.

      I've never extend so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but notice the first 3 weeks when you have good erection quality you extended for 9 18 and 23 hours. Then look at the last 2 it was 30 plus. Your probably overtraining. I would take a day or 2 off and go back somewhere between 9 and 23 hours per week and gradually over time increase the volume. Maybe wait a couple months or so to get to 30 plus hours per week.
