Use the scale on the outer dial, indicating 5" Hg, where your Red arrow points. Good to read up on safe pumping practices.

You should start at around 3.5 hg and 10 minutes and work your way up to 5 hg and 20 minutes over a number of weeks.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

I am following instructions provided by Calixto moderator in bellow post. Right now im doing 4 sets of 10 minutes at 5hg 3x a week.i dont get 'lightbulp' dick, remain hard between sets and only get some red spots after that disappear next day so don't feel im overdoing. Ive done some jelq and hanging for about 3 months each before but with no success so i got discouraged. Can you advice for what should I aim exactly? 20 sounds like the absolute maximum we should pump so 20min x 3 sets? Wouldn't be better to do 15min x 4 sets or 6x10min ?
