  • I can't Hang, Help!

    I recently purchased the bib starter (which I regret buying because it feels a little too small), but anyways I simply cannot wrap the thermaband around my penis without getting erect. I have tried multiple times in the past week and have not been successful once. Can anybody help me out with this or have had similiar problems and overcome them? Thank you all in advance.

    Keep practicing. Let it subside a little and then wrap again. If you wrap it fairly tight then let it subside, it may be just right when it does. Then clamp on the hanger.

      Let me know how you like the bib starter after you use it a few times with sufficient weight. My problem, is that my Captains wench leaves me a fluid sac below the glans because the wench has to be clamped tight. Also, I get some bruising where the grippers press.

        Thanks for your input brother, repped. I actually finally got it down just now! I seriously repeated the process about 30-40 times before being successful.

        I got another question for ya'll. How many sets should I do and for how long? Also, how many days should I do this for? Like 2 days out of the week or what? Thank you all in advance.

              This is the weight set-up I use. Each weight is 1 lb. I start with the three weights I taped together, 3 lb. and when I have everything comfortable, after about 5 minutes I'll add as many one pound weights as I feel I can handle for that session. Usually 8-10 lbs. total.

                That picture looks so intimidating with those 16lbs. I like the kitty chilling on the bed.

                Might mess around with hanging in a month or so when I move to D.C. Want to finish The Fixer first.

                    Well, I did it for about 20 minutes with 1 pound. The results were no pain, and my tip was just feeling slightly cold, like the ciruculation had been cut off a little bit. No color change or nothing though, just a little cold.

                      I have had that set-up for a couple of years. I cast those weights myself. Just wanted to show my handi-work and give an idea of the type of weights I use and the routine.

                              MastaM, JonPop already gave you some great advice. I don't know what more can be said with the little information provided. I personally don't hang, but am considering doing so once I have PEed for another year or more.

                              I'll restate what he has said in a more obvious way. You do not want to exceed 10-15 minutes when you first begin hanging. After your first repetition (10-15 minutes), check to make sure there is circulation in the head of the penis (kegels and massaging will restore and improve blood circulation) and if everything feels okay continue with another rep. 1 set of 3 reps [10-15 minutes per rep]

                              I think it's up to you to decide how much weight to use, because your body is different. If it was me I'd start with 2 lbs, and slowly increase the weight like JonPop described here
