  • Why Does Hanging Drop Your EQ?

    Planning on starting but several persons been mentioning that their EQ dropped since they started hanging... Why is this?

    Because those people over did it, for what ever reason they may have had to not pay attention to their PI's.

      I agree with DemOne, I myself started to have a small drop in EQ when doing it every day. Many believe that you must hang everyday but like anything else not all things work the same for all members(pun).
      I found my willy happy and spry in a day or so, have been hanging every other day and the results are pretty damn good. You can also have a loss of EQ if you stretch too hard or too often.
      Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

        I am of the opinion that any form of stretching--long term--reduces one's EQ. The only exercises that have helped me maintain mine are the jelq, the kegel and edging.

          I'm one of the guys that hangs every week day and gets really good morning wood from it. Hanging causes my stump to get nice and veiny looking.
