I decided to get the X4 extender. And i noticed it said on their website "(increase length 33%, girth 35%) are these numbers typical for extender use? So if im 6 inches to start, will i be less likely to get results then a person starting at 7.5 erect? Something that also stood out on the website, saying it had a "85%" success rate! is that even believable? I hope you guys give me some advice, because I am pretty new at this. Thanks guys !

I think those numbers are fairly realistic assuming 2000+ hours of time on the unit. Extending is all about time under tension. It does take a lot of dedication, a you will soon see, things can get quite uncomfortable wearing it for long periods of time under higher tension. When you start, keep track of your hours and measure every 500 hours to see your progress!

Thanks for the reply ! Are larger penises more likely to get better results? Like i said, im 6 inches erect, and am wondering if a 7.5 or any larger penis is more likely to see results?
Also, can I just start the extender? Or do I have to start a 3 month warm up period and train myself before starting the extender?
Thanks !

Generally, optimum results are achieved using (somewhere ) in the range of 500 to 1000 grams. More is not better, except as a selling point, and can actually cause stunted results. You want to hold the cells elongated/stretched, not tear them with high amounts of force, causing scar tissue formation.

Someone starting at 6" and someone starting at 7.5 have the same probability that extending will work for them. In the case of starting at 7.5", they are likely to get a bit more growth a they have more cells to coax into dividing - but the difference will be in the fractions of an inch.
I've never went beyond 1600 grams of tension, and is down right painful ( at the strap and at the base). I like to stay around 1000-1200, and even that can get painful!
I don't believe any conditioning is necessary, but common sense is! Start out SLOW! low tension and low time then slowly work your way up. Inspect your penis often in the beginning. Discomfort and cool glans are normal. Pain in the glans, discoloration and numbness are not! It is easy to completely cut off circulation to the glans, so just be watchful and you should be fine
