    Hello all,
    I've been doing manually exercises for 2 months.... Previous erections 7.5 bone pressed to to around 8 bone pressed sea saw effect so to speak. I will list some of the question below feel free to reply.

    1) Should i increase intensity using harder grips or add minutes to my jelqing sessions to further my length gains?

    2) Should i start adding my extender back into my routine,Plus can i use some what like the jai stretch throughout my workout with the penis extender?

    3) What are some of the exercises that you have you achieve your length size?

    p.s. I have been on two week break due hoping the restart my gains

    I would think yes to the first question but there might be only so far jelqing can take you with length gains, adding your extender could only help especially putting it on straight after a stretch session. The exercises that helped me with length were just jelqing and stretching through the day especially btc helped at the start.

      I tried to do the btc end up with frustration so i gave it up maybe if i lose a little more weight maybe...i might try the btc in the future if i don't make my goal before then.

        You don't have to actually pull it up your crack just in that direction as best as you can has the same effect.

          Great advice from Jiminy, Rodmega! The jelqing routine can be intensified and lengthened. That's what I did. I jelqued for three straight months at the start, then added the stretches. You might gradually make these increases so that you don't injure yourself. Always make non-injury your priority. Don't forget about the kegeling. It's an important part of a good routine.

            o.k. question.... to do the b.t.c stretch can move testicles to the side to do this type of exercise or the testicle have to go along with the stretch as well. Just wondering cause that the only way i can actually do the exercise.

              Yep you can push your balls to one side to make it more comfortable, that is the way you should do it. Let us know how it goes for you.

                        i think they pretty much the same thing now that i have read what the internet said and the exercising the penis book i have mention of what it does? I could be wrong I am still learning .

                          It is the same motion as a fowfer but you are actually pulling like you would a normal stretch, were as a fowfer is when you use your legs to hold the stretch.
