We all want it to happen over night, but it does take time. Be patient and the gains will come.

yeah i know that, all though i havent finished JPs i have still gained alot and fast imo!
But the answer, how come some people Stretch "extend" for 6-7 hours a day and other are adviced to manual stretch "Jps routine" and from what i can see there is no big difference in gains all though more time is used on extending ?

It's because extenders use very little force compared to manual exercises and hanging. But extending is a tool you can use while you are doing other stuff. For example I'm writting this post as I extend. I'm not sure of the exact number I gained with the extender but I would guess close to 3/4" I'm coming up on 600 hours logged. I did extend before where I did not keep track of hours. My guess would be I extended maybe 150-200 hours that I did not record. So give or take a bit I'm around 700-800 hours.

For girth I noticed a big changed in the length and girth of my flaccid within the first month and a bit. Remember you don't need a lot of tension, time is most important. Good luck!

I had maleedge. It was just a plain extender. I think I gained about an inch from it. I used it for a few months, maybe one or two hours every day and 2-4 times a week. However, once I learned how to stretch manually with just my hands, I never used it again. Hands FTW.
The best sound in the whole world is my wife.... having an orgasm!!!!

An extender is a more effective way to induce mitosis. Manual work is all consuming. You have to dedicate time to nothing else. Extending is also easier to conceal and use while multitasking. Some guys don't respond to extending because max tension is around 5.5 lbs. Some guys like me seem to gain better extending for a few hours a day than doing manual work.

I personally like extending after hanging or doing manual work. Sort of break down the tissue then stretch it to heal. This is medically proven to work on bone and constant pressure is proven to work on skin. Its all personal preference.

I seem to be a really hard gainer. Hell I would be happy with any sort of gains, I have had nothing so far.

I am extremely dedicated and consistent..

Do extenders work for most people do you know? I've invested so much damn time already!

                  Well I have an update

                  Still no gains.

I've been doing this since April 1st and nothing.

I will give it until mid July, if after 3 months and probably 600 hours, I am gonna throw the fucking thing in the bin and curse myself for being an idiot.

Feeling a little disheartened and pissed off as I hate giving up, but I can't justify spending the amount of time I am spending on this with no results.

I think I could well be one of those guys for whom PE just doesn't work.

                  Fuck.

600 Hours is not nearly enough. I think your expectations are to high, you really need to reach the 5000 hour mark which will take approx 2.2 years, not 3 months. You stretch 1 day up, 1 day down and so on to max your gains. There is NO doubt that the extender works

What is your extending, routine, how many days per week, I am asking this, because I have heard several different opinions on time/tension. Such as people extending 7 days per week, for up to 8 to 12 hours, every day. Now just curious, but wouldn't extending for much, not allow tissue cells to divide properly?

                        Are you kidding me?

Witness this thread. People getting measurable results after 1 week - 1 month!

The Penimaster Pro says you will see "permanent" erect results (length and girth) within 4 to 12 weeks.

If you look at the data from the scientific studies - particularly the Turin study which appeared in the BJU - this shows that the biggest gains were reported in T1 - i.e. the first month.

Where are you getting your information from?

Also, I didn't say I believe extenders don't work - clearly I think they do or I would not have invested the money in buying one. I am saying that perhaps I am one of the unfortunate people for whom gains are not possible. i.e the "fault" is not with the device, it is with my goddam cock!!

Currently, I extend, as well as jelq every MON/WED/FRI. I have been increasing the duration of extending time every session, every session I have been increasing the time by 30 minutes. Started out at 600 g's, for 1 hour, and every session, adding 30 more minutes to total time. Until I reach 8 full hours of extending time. And then continue to extend for that duration of time, until no more gains occur, then add additional tension. Then repeat the process, 1 hour for that tension, 30 minute time increase every session until 8 hours total time. So on and so forth.

I have heard of some people, only getting 6-10's of an inch, in 6 months, or more. Mainly has to do with, health, e.q. How many layers of tunica skin you have, how much blood flow to the penis. If you are between, 18 and 21, your hgh, and test levels are peaked out. So most youngsters can gain more easily then others.

I am 36. Very healthy - bf% of probably 12% or so, work out regularly, easily get erections, etc etc.

I tone up very quickly at the gym so my test levels are very good..

I think it must be something to do with the structure of my cock, I don't know enough about it.

Whatever it is, there is nothing I can do about it except persevere and at some point (600 - 700 hours) I will have to accept that I am unable to gain because I don't envision me sitting wearing the PMP for the rest of my life! It's just not an intelligent approach.

Thanks for the feedback re your routine.

I am now stretching at my max length, after loading I adjust the screws at the side to give a consistent tension which is within the recommended limits of the PMP manual. It always feels comfortable when wearing, again as per the instructions in the PMP manual.

I don't think i am doing anything wrong.

Mate I am only looking for about 6/10's of an inch! That's my target.

I would be happy with 6mms right now. LOL
