extender is this normal?

hey guys av just baught a extender and first day use it says wear for three hours so i did and i fjnd my penis head goes very dry as im uncut and very cold not much of a colour change is this normal ?

You do not have to keep it on for three hours straight. You can break it down into three 1 hour sessions or two 1.5 hour sessions. Do shorter sessions until you get your dick conditioned.

Yes it's normal.

But when you are first beginning you should start with only 30 minutes the first day and second day, then move up to an hour.

Your penis needs a break after about 45 minutes to and hour to let the blood flow through your head (gland). Message it a bit and put it back on and go longer.

After you penis becomes accustom to this you should be able to go for an hour before breaking.

I do 1 hour break for 5 minutes or less with message and then put back oh for another hour.

I do 3 to 4 hours like this in the morning and then 3-4 in the afternoon or what ever I'm able to do that day.

I also will take off if I'm feeling sore.

If you shake your penis when you piss ( and you sure fucking should) and it hurts a little then you are sore, take a day break and see how it feels the next miring before continuing you routine.
