My PE experience has been one of very slow and steady gains, punctuated by occasional quick gains in very specific areas. The first time I incorporated stretches, I gained a quick half inch in length and then stopped. The first time I incorporated uli-type exercises, I gained a quick half inch in girth and then stopped. Well the first time I did the following exercise, I immediately improved the size of my glans. However, despite hitting a dry spot in my penis enlargement, I continue to improve my glans and produce a more "shapely" penis.
This is an exercise I do at the end of every session before I begin my kegels. The results have been exceptional.
1. Use and overhand ok grip at the base of your semi-erect penis.
2. You are now going to do something of a mix between a jelq and uli: Jelq up your shaft, however do not allow any outflow of blood. This is a VERY tight jelq that traps all the blood into the upper portions of your penis. Therfore, you should not be able to jelq all the way to the glans. If you do, then you are not effectively trapping the blood and engorging your shaft.
3. When your head fully engorges and you cannot jelq any farther without loosening your grip, then begin the next step: With your next finger, continually squeeze and release. Each squeeze should further engorge your already engorged head and upper shaft. Do this 10 times, which should take about 10 seconds.
4. Release, jelq a couple times, repeat. I do 10 of these each session, but you might start with less. Personally, I don't find them too intense as to have to be careful and limit myself.
Key points: This is a VERY TIGHT jelq. Essentially a uli with a jelq motion. The whole point is to trap all the blood. As a result, NEVER loosen your grip. You should make it around halfway up your shaft before you can't jelq any further. You should be very engorged before rythmically squeezing with your middle finger, which should further engorge you with each squeeze.
Like I said, this is a wonderful exercise that had immediate results for me. Within a week or two my head was noticably larger. The results might not come as fast for you, but stick with it because this is a powerful exercise. Not much works very well for me, but this certainly does.
