    Here's the routines that gave me that 1.5" girth pump and gave me about a .4" permanent girth gain from 2.5 months of doing these routines.

    ************DISCLAIMER - Tying off, clamping, or using cock rings can be dangerous if improperly used. Always monitor your penis when using such methods. Keep in mind that I did a progressive approach to tying off, starting with an hour, then advancing to the whole night. I also wake often throughout the night, so I was able to check my penis. Never tie off tight enough to restrict blood flow. I was able to get erections and urinate while tied off, so it was not that tight.
    TYING OFF IS NOT CRUCIAL TO GAINING WITH THIS ROUTINE. IT JUST GIVES A PROLONGED PUMP AND ALLOWS YOU TO HEAL IN THE EXPANDED STATE. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF HOW TO SAFELY INCORPORATE TYING OFF INTO THIS ROUTINE THEN AVOID DOING IT.
    ALSO AVOID OVER PUMPING IF YOU ARE BEGINNING. GRADUALLY INCREASE INTENSITY LIKE ALL PE EXERCISES.************

    *****The most important reason why I had that 1.5" pump is because immediately after my last bathmate set, I would dry off and tie a bathrobe cord around my balls and penis. Then I'd go to bed. I'd get nighttime erections all night while I was tied off (i imagine you can clamp off or use a cock ring) and the girth stayed all night until I took off the cord. Even after I took off the cord, it slowly decreased back to around 6" girth (my size when I was pumping regularly) but was still fat for a couple hours.*******

    I've just cut and pasted form another forum where i posted these exercises to help a newb. I can't take credit for the last one, it's Dan Clizers routine. He gained 1.5" permanent girth in 10 months of pumping with Goliath.

    first routine: I suggest doing this routine for two months, or until you stop noticing gains. But you should continue to notice gains if you keep upping the intensity.
    - Start off with a warm up
    - Do 200 regular jelqs
    - Pump for 5 minutes - start off low pressure but throughout the 5 minutes, keep pumping to add pressure. Don't go fast, do what you can handle. If you pump too much too quickly, you'll just be wasting your time and making your dick hurt the next day, which fucks up your next workout. I would say don't get to full pressure on the pump until a week into this routine
    - Do 100 slow jelqs
    - Do 150 jelqs at various angles (down, to the side, up etc) and various speeds
    - Pump for 5 minutes
    - Do 100 regular jelqs

    ** Make sure you are 95%-100% erect when jelqing and when you're sliding into the bathmate and pumping.

    Now here is the most important part of this routine:
    Each night, Add this to the routine:
    - 10 more regular jelqs
    - 15 seconds more of time in the pump
    - 5 more slow jelqs
    - 5 more jelqs at various angles
    - 15 seconds more time in the pump
    - 10 more regular jelqs

    In time, this routine will take long. After a few weeks, you could add a third set of pumping at the end, after the regular jelqs. Just stay in the pump for whatever time you happen to be at after the 15 second increments. (Should be around 8.5 minutes after two weeks)

    I'd do this routine until you're at 15-20 minutes at a time in the pump. You can add more reps/minutes in pump as you see fit once you get the hang of it and your body clues (your penis telling you that it can handle more and will gain from it)

    Second routine:

    This is after you've stopped gaining with that routine - and give the first routine a fair go. Do it proper and stick to it.

    300 jelqs
    6 minutes in pump, followed by 1 minute out of the pump, then back into the pump again for 6 minutes. Do 6 sets of 6.
    At the end, do 600 jelqs (or more if you feel you can handle it and won't be over training).
    You can mix it up by doing some jelqs in between sets if you want. Note that the pump in your penis will go down during this time, but it's still good to get in jelqs between sets then back into the pump.
    You can add more time to the 6 minute sets, or add more sets, in time
    You can do this routine twice a day, or three times a day, in time. IF your body can take it. Over training is worse than under training.

    These are pretty basic pumping/jelqing routines.
    A user here put it best (stillwantmore2):
    "Pumping is what should be done after all the real girth work has been done"
    After time, you can get into clamping
    Check out all the other advanced manual girth exercises. There is more than just jelqing. But this is with time.

    WHY NOT MILK GAINING WITH SIMPLE ROUTINES AND EXERCISES WHILE YOU CAN?? NO SENSE JUMPING INTO ADVANCED STUFF WHEN YOU CAN GAIN WITH SIMPLE EXERCISES.
    This is the most important idea of PE.

    *** With the 6 sets of 6 minutes routine, jelqing in between pumping sets is a great way to reduce or eliminate fluid retention, if you find you're getting that problem. ***

    No erect gains. I don't measure flaccid gains other than BPFSL. And it wasn't every time, it was once I measured 7.25. I measured 7" girth temp gain a number of times. Usually around 6.5" temp gains after these exercises (from 5.75"-6"). Worked for me. If only there was a 1" length temp gain........

      Oh, also it was the bathmate Hercules that gave me the amazing girth pump, because I was totally sucked to the plastic, really gave good internal expansion. But Hercules is too small for guys 5.75 and over, itll leave rings unless you get a sleeve. since you're 6.3, Id say get the goliath. Its trickier to get the hang of but Im sure you can get the same results in time. It really made my base girth thicker. Once I start to pump again, I will get an air pump that is around 7.3" in circumference, as the goliath is 8" circumference and the herc is 6.5" ( I believe?). happy medium

        A warning to anyone who reads this and thinks this guy is telling the truth.

        If you try taking this guys bad advice, you will lose your penis. What this guy said he did is not only dangerous, it's potentially lethal. Tissue cell death begins after 20 minutes of no oxygen supply. Cutting blood-flow off to the penis and testicles for an entire period of sleeping would not only be extremely painful, the tissue in your penis and testicles would be starved of oxygen for so long, that they would need to be amputated as the tissue would without a doubt be dead, and you would be EXTREMELY lucky if you didn't have blood clots that would travel to the lungs, heart, and other vital organs potentially killing you.

            There was a picture of a blackened penis posted last week where this occurred. It was basically dead, and probably would have started rotting before long. Allegedly had a cock ring on for way too long. My guess is he fell asleep with it on. Everyone got freaked out about clamping, but there's a difference between clamping for 10 minutes and sleeping with a clamp. Sorry Mike but I have to agree with Dem on this. Maybe you have a ridiculously tough cock, but for us ordinary earthlings this would be the way to say good bye to manhood.

              I had erections come and go all night. There was no blood flow cut off. Didn't think I needed to specify not to tie too tight, guess I should have.

              It's cool though. I really just posted this for David, and I don't think he agrees with the things your kind says anyways

              Good luck mate, hope you get that 7" girth. You can do this routine without tieing off too and you'll still make gains. I stopped tieing off for the last month.

                Again, take what this guys says with a massive grain of salt.

                Tight or loose, it doesn't matter. When you start blocking the blood flow to any limb, you're going to run into massive medical issues. You can't apply enough pressure to keep something engorged all night yet still be safe and allow blood flow, especially when you start getting nocturnal erections which would increase the tightness of what ever it is wrapped around the dick, resulting in a situation where you now have a torniquete on the penis and no way to allow fresh blood flow to flow through the penis.

                This is dangerous and stupid and I highly advise NO ONE attempts to do this.
                This is why you should also NEVER use an extender while sleeping, never wear a cock ring when sleeping or for longer than 20 minutes, never clamp for longer than 20 minutes without a 10 minute rest, never pump for longer than 20 minutes without a 10 minute rest, and never hang for 20 minutes without a 10 minute rest.
                If you cut off blood flow, your penis will die. Period. No human is immune to oxygen starvation.

                  Okay, you'll be able to get away with it if it's loose. I used a section of a thing I called a cock sock. It was material and a bit stretchy and just lightly hugged the base all night. So yeah. That picture freaked me out though, plus I could feel my dick get a bit cold during the night so I stopped using it. If you're asleep and you stop having all those erections it might go cold.

                    I never had any problems so I figured I'd share what worked for me, you know, try and help someone out? That's the point of this PE forum? You guys seemed amazed at a 1.5" temp gain (most don't want to believe it, I don't care) so I figured it take the time to track down my original post and copy and paste it for ya!

                    I was referring to Demone.
                    I came here three weeks ago because I googled PGE1 injections, and was directed to a thread here. It was about a guy who said he was trying to the injections tomorrow and wanted to see what you guys think. All of a sudden, you guys start flaming him, calling him stupid, saying he's wasting his money, getting ripped off. I believe the first negative attack post was by DemOne. I remember his avatar. So I already disliked this guy and got the impression he is just bitter and does not want other men to gain and have a big penis because of his own inadequacies. Even more, I'm positive he never tried PGE1 or researched it and was just using his status (I use the term loosely) at some PE forum, where he thinks he is god because he frequents. I'm glad the guy did not listen to him and went ahead with the PGE1 treatment anyways. I hope men don't lsiten to him and try my pumping routines and see if they can't get some results too.

                    Then of course when I posted my opinions on women and penis size, here he is again, flaming me, because my opinions differ from his, and they probably bring up a lot of insecurities inside him, which causes him to lash out at anyone saying something that offends him.

                    And here he is, disregarding my methods which have worked for me, because he holds a personal grudge. He's pretty much an internet bully. I must say, this forum is a lot different from the one I frequent, I really don't care for a lot of it. Lots of good information and lots of cool people have answered my questions, but there are a lot of narrow minded bullies that like to flame new guys who aren't part of the cyber clique. I don't care for bullies, and I also don't care for people who say things that help keep PE from becoming something that is researched more widespread. I believe his narrow mindedness may prevent many from gaining.

                    Maybe DemOne is actually cool and I just happened to get three bad examples of similar behaviour. Maybe he is a big gainer and an inspiration to you all here and his advice is based on experience and positive results. But somehow I doubt that...

                      Dem is not flaming you nor does he have a grudge of any kind against you. In two of the instances you talked about (PGE1 and here) he is doing his part in informing the general audience of this website on how to PE safely, he is right to warn against restricting blood flow for longer than 20 minutes. It is an EXTREMELY unsafe thing to do. We see enough people coming here complaining about something stupid that they did and severely injured their penis (injecting things into it, getting surgery, clamping too long, hanging too much weight etc.) it's a good thing we have people around like Dem warning people against these types of things, I can't imagine how many injury threads we'd have if it weren't for members like him.

                          I do not recommend any sort of routine that involves sleeping during the routine. You always have to pay attention to what is going on while you PE. That is just very basic safety and you can't do that when you are asleep.

                            By being safe, not doing stupid stuff that is potentially dangerous and lethal, and with the help of Big Al and other PE veterans. Leave making routines and stuff up to the pros that know what they're doing through years and years of trial and error.

                              I happen to believe Mike Shlort's routine is a great routine. It incorporates many of the manul routines we recommend and slowly introduces a pumping routine in an extremely conservative build up over time. Had he not mentioned the bath robe belt knot used during the night, I would tend to consider it a gret beginners routine. However, if you think about it, how tight can you actually get a cloth knot. I would be hard pressed to tie my bathrobe belt tight enough to cause enough constriction to cause damage. I think we should try his routine during waking hours, before we condemn it out of hand. Even JP had to start somewhere.

                              Congratulations Mike, you put a lot of thought into your routine and I for one think it has a lot of potential. Just give a little more thought into the belt knot. What is the effect on your dick after two hours of being tied off? Is it cold or numb? Some guys wear soft silicone cock rings for many hours without any negative side effects.
