    how exactly do i do this comfortably? put my legs up on a table and just let it dangle or what. I've read this is the angle you should start at but how do you make it comfortable to do for 15 full minutes

    I think people use a chair then boxes or whatever you want to put your legs on so you slouch down in the chair so you're more parallel with the ground and let the weight hang off the chair while your legs are up on the boxes and level or a bit higher than the resr of your body.

              Is my asshole perpendicular with the floor, parallel with the floor, or at a 45 degree angle between being parallel and perpendicular, or a 45 degree angle above being parallel?
              Can the hanger be resting on my ass crack or should there be no contact with my body and the hanger?

                  the idea is to get the plane of your hips as close to parallel to the ground as possible while hanging. In theory, this will target the suspensory ligament, lowering the penis's exit point on the body eventually so more length is revealed.

                  It all sounds good in theory, but also consider that straight down hanging will have much the same effect without the complication. I'm personally not totally convinced there is a significant benefit. I also like hanging standing because I can gently sway the weights around and hit things from multiple angles.

                  Just my 2 cents...

                    So lying down on the edge of your bed, and propping your feet up on a table that is the same height so you are completely straight and "bridge" the bed and table would (theoretically) be best?

                    Your hips can't get more paralel to the floor than that

                      I would think you would want your hips above parallel, like halfway between 90 degrees from the floor and parallel?
                      I'll give it a go in a couple weeks once my skin has stretched and play around

                        Theoretically yes, though I think it's a bit overkill. I would also wonder what kind of increase there is to risk of injury at the most extreme angles.

                        As MikeShlort just pointed out above, in practice the ideal angle is probably somewhere between the extremes (if there even is an ideal angle).
