When using extenders, do you prefer the noose or comfort strap? Poll.

I've tried both, went with the vacuum chamber fixture on the Penimaster Pro.
It is as comfortable as a BJ.

Comfort strap beats the noose hands down.

However those vacuum type chamber things are more comfortable than both the Comfort strap and the Noose. I have an All-Day-Stretcher that uses the silicon vacuum type chamber and I can wear it all day without breaks.

Only downside is the silicon vacuum types tend to wear down and need to be replaced more often.

I'm uncut and i've never been able to get into a comfort strap (i just keep on slipping out), but as long as i wrap with gauze i can get into a noose no problem. So i've voted noose.

I also think that it adds grip so maybe you should try that Schlittle.

I started with the comfort strap but they break within a month so I replaced the strap with Velcro strap and it's long enough to wrap in two places and holds pretty good.

I use the noose with my own homemade comfort rings. silicone sleeve_2.jpg
These are really comfortable and last a very long time.

Noose is way better than the strap, strap sucks in my experience... not sure if this is what the vaccum thing is but i've used that stretcher type that roles up and then you're supposed to role it down onto your cock like a condom and those are totally horrible
