  • Rests & turtling

    Hey,

I've been hanging almost a month now (up to about 11lb) using the progressive method.

I've been taking one or two rest days a week, is this wise?

Also when I hang I get really turtled afterwards ... is this a good sign or a bad sign? If it's a bad sign (I assume it is), what should I be doing differently?
    Starting stats (12/10/2011)
    NBPEL x EG - 6.25in x 5.8

    Don't tell me what I can't do

I am by no way an authority on hanging or even PE in general, but as I have been intrigued by it, I have been researching it and noticing that many think you should hang everyday. Don't know what I think about that, but it kind of makes sense. I mean you are to extend everyday, so why not hang? Anyways, folks who hang will soon show up here and let you know what they think.

As for turtling, I personally don't think that it is a big deal, but as I said earlier, I am by no way an authority on PE. I think turtling is just a sign of fatigue, or maybe even a sign of a well done PE routine that has left the member stressed and in the healing phase. I think turtling being either good or bad all depends on what your PI's are. I do know some folks wrap to avoid it.

Turtling is usually a sign of tissue retraction from being worked/stretched. Your penis will go through phases where it turtles and then relaxes. It's not a bad sign. I typically hang 5 on/2 off just because I like to. There's no set in concrete rule saying you "must hang" a certain number of days. Many men hang far less than "10 hours per week" as you'll see many beat their drum about being the "minimum" amount of weekly hang time....and gain.

I'm only hanging for 3 sets of 15 minutes per day (5 or 6 days per week) at the moment.

Malehanger - Do you wrap to avoid turtling? Also, how much has hanging changed your flaccid size? (I realised I'm almost as interested in a big flaccid as a big wood)
        Starting stats (12/10/2011)
        NBPEL x EG - 6.25in x 5.8

        Don't tell me what I can't do

I do not wrap to avoid turtling as it does not bother me. My flaccid along with my erect length has increased about 1.5".

Sounds good, I'm after a bit more (over 8 length..) .. looks like I'll just have to work hard.
