  • 1 & 1/2 Months hanging , but no gains yet

    Hello everybody,

    I started hanging recently 6 weeks ago and at the begining it seemed to me that im gaining , i could see it at the skin.
    But When i messure i see no real gains.. Is this normal? i do at least 3 Sets a day, mostly 4 and not often more.

    i started at like 7,5 pounds and it was really nothing , because i used to jelq here and there .. So i can hang at 15 lb now for 3 sets without problems.

    So any advices ? My motivation is going away Please Help

    Oh btw im 5,8inches long and 5,3 girth

    Keep in mind that "quick" in PE terms is still really slow! While hanging may be known for "quick" gains, it's still an agonizingly slow process. That being said, 6 weeks isn't all that long.

    Also, you really have to remember to push yourself a little. If you're comfortably hanging 15 lbs. It's probably time to move up in weight!

      Marsok, I'm in the same boat as you, you are right now at a weight that should get you results, as most people claim results from 15lbs and up, I'm currently at 12/13lbs, my flassid hang is going to the roof, but no erect gains, aldo it looks healthier. But I've talked to so many people and everybody that kept it going consistantly with hanging gained. Some claimed they had a hard time so it took them up to 20lbs before the gaining started...nevertheless they gained! and an good amount! so I keep it up because I know I will succeed and yes this takes time, maybe millimeters a month, I don't care it won't shrink.
