Oct 2014: Hello all - this is still for sale. New unused condition as its been tied up in a bag and left in my cupboard all this time. I took it with me when I moved country but its taking up a lot of baggage space. Can post it for relatively cheap amounts - please take this off my hands as its really taking up space! Let me know if interested. Only 1 'soft white band' is missing but you can buy these from the store for cheap.

Don't worry about this!
I'm wearing it for about 6 hours per day. Once its in position, I don't have a problem. I use the strap. Just have to avoid moving too much. I actually had surgery 'down there' (minor thing) so haven't worn it for a few weeks now hence no gains yet. Going to start fresh in Jan 2013.
I'm sure they work... well hopefully... I just need to think about how to keep my penis head inside the strap as it pops out often which is annoying! Probably swap to penismaster instead.Comment

I use the comfort straps with elastic bands wrapped round, and also paper clips wedged into the notches to keep it snug. Also I use the velcro strap too, both are awesome to prevent slippage. I'm replacing the foam wraps regularly, they are undoubtedly the best wrapping, I wasted loads of time trying to use new wrapping to be able to wear the extender for 2+ hours without pain and my attempts were futile.
If the penis slips back and you lose tension, then you can end up wasting a session if your penis is not all soft and floppy when you take it off. I find I get good morning wood and gains when my penis has reacted like this the day before.Comment
