Hello , I am currently doing JP's 90 day routine and will probably start a hanging routine once the little fella is conditioned for it. I have read that to get the max out of hanging, especially at the beginning where gains come quickly, girth exercises can get in the way of getting maximum gains. ( Elastic band theory - a thin elastic band is easier to stretch than a thick one) .
My goals are extra length and girth.
So when I finish JP's routine should I go easy on the girth exercises until my penis is at my desired length and get max gains from length training?
Or should I still continue with girth training along with the hanging routine?
