  • Do Girth Exercises Diminish Max Gains From Hanging?

    Hello , I am currently doing JP's 90 day routine and will probably start a hanging routine once the little fella is conditioned for it. I have read that to get the max out of hanging, especially at the beginning where gains come quickly, girth exercises can get in the way of getting maximum gains. ( Elastic band theory - a thin elastic band is easier to stretch than a thick one) .

    My goals are extra length and girth.
    So when I finish JP's routine should I go easy on the girth exercises until my penis is at my desired length and get max gains from length training?
    Or should I still continue with girth training along with the hanging routine?

    Heavy girth work makes hanging painfull. You would be attempting to grasp the internals of a cock that has more fluids retained within. You can jelque after hanging but I wouldnt clamp or pump. Nothing will condition you for haging except hanging, It is perfectly fine to start wit hanging when ever you wish.
    Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

      Thanks BigO , I'm now looking into which hanging device I should purchase, will probably go with the Bib Starter.
      So I take it I should do mostly length exercises first and then cut back on length exercises once I reach desired length and then start heavy girth exercises?

        Yes do length first, but it may require you to stop hanging and do girth work for awhile before you hit length goal. Read TGC theory it will help you to deside when to adjust your routine and what to adjust it to. If you want to try hanging without spending to much you can make a captains wench, it will let you hang light weights but you will need to get a bibs sooner or later. Happy Tugging!

          Thanks Glasmissand1 . Great advice , I find it interesting how in order to gain more length you may have to stop and do some girth work. The Captains Wench sounds good, must look into it
