Hey all, I've been extending with a Size Genetics for about 16 months. Not very consistent but having some success with it. Lately I've been using it in a straight out or angled up position. I'm noticing better EQ and a more "up" result. Works pretty well for long periods of sitting and or standing too. After years of pumping (sometimes at to much vacuum) my unit doesn't stand up like it used to (or maybe it's my age
