    Hey all, I've been extending with a Size Genetics for about 16 months. Not very consistent but having some success with it. Lately I've been using it in a straight out or angled up position. I'm noticing better EQ and a more "up" result. Works pretty well for long periods of sitting and or standing too. After years of pumping (sometimes at to much vacuum) my unit doesn't stand up like it used to (or maybe it's my age ). But this technique with the extender is bringing it back.

    When I'm wearing my extender, usually under my clothes during the day, I have it pointing down and to the side along one of my thighs--that seems to be most convenient. I haven't tried having it point up, though. And never straight out, just because I am wearing it under clothes and my family would notice if I had it pointing straight out. Are you able to be alone while you're having it point out, or what? Just curious how you manage being able to do it.

      Yeah, strictly in private for the straight out or up technique. And I don't go for very long, maybe a total of 1 hour. But I do use it with more tension at those times.
      Other times it's hidden and down.

          I primarily stretch straight up, same under clothes. If I'm in bed I may stretch at different angles.

              Check out the LOT theory. I personally use SD to supplement hanging SD. Whatever is working for you, I suggest you stick with that angle until the gains and or improvents start to level. With extending and hanginging the riule of thumb is once you start to stress the penis fibers you should continue with this angle. A shotgun approach (changing angles and tensions ) is considered bad practice and could lead to strengthening the penis fibers instead of elongating them. If SU is giving you PI then continue for 9-12months then try a year SD
