How does an extender pull or strecth enough to give you gains

  • #2
I extend just a little bit below my bpfsl and it works for me so far, I can also last a 2 hour session easily without any discomfort at all

Same here I try to strap in about half inch under my erect length and then unscrew gradually to get a good tension. I can do 3-4 hour sessions at a time now.

Hi stillwaiting, I'm going to try to interpret your question. You seem to be asking ... Since the extender uses relatively low tensions (1000g force = 2.2lb force), how can that be enough tension to see penis size gains? In theory you need to have just enough force to distort the tissues and cells and do it long enough for the body to reshape the tissues and grow the tissues to adapt to handling the tension and stress being applied. Once the tissues have been built up, you're likely to see the growth plateau. At this point you have a decision to make, add more tension/time, change your routine to hanging, or adding to your existing routine, take a decondition break and so on; this of course is another related discussion.

This is the reason why I stick to light hanging most of the time instead of going heavy. Hanging creates microtears and if you are not careful you can have huge scarring in the penis which is bad and can possibly prevent growth. I hang and extend at the same time and I use hanging mainly to compliment with extending later on for cell division instead of going for the microtearing.

thanks good info, very insightful one more question if you don't mind answering or giving your best opinion but how does this effect potential gains when one is deciding on either getting an expensive one (x4) vs an cheaper one from ebay or amazon or Even when it comes to strap vs non strap. Relativity the same tension and force is being applied. Your thoughts and anyone else's as well

Cheap or expensive as long as it does what its suppose to do will not have any difference in potential gains the problem with cheap extenders is that they can break easily and not last long and can be very uncomfortable due to poor quality compared to the expensive ones.

I will say that I was always skeptical since I am mostly a hanger but after wearing it only for a week I am amazed at what I feel and I am sold completely on the fact that I will indeed gain. At first the tension seems light but after a couple of hours it is definitely doing something good. I have hung sets of 35 pounds for 20 minutes and I feel the pull of the extender very well.
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Damn 35 pounds?!?! Yeah I don't think I'll ever go that high with hanging just like I will never go higher than 900 grams in extending lol

^ Actually I rarely ever go 900 grams I usually extend at 700-800 grams that is the jackpot spot for me to get those gains!!
