like the title says what is your favorite extender other then penimaster , I already bought one but they gave a tracking number and the tracking number said it wasn't anywhere near close to me and then when I finally went to my box to pick up other stuff it was already sent back to sender even though the tracking number said it didn't arrive ( this was maybe 2 weeks ago ) . I sent them 3 emails in the passed 2 weeks explaining what happened even said I was willing to pay a second time for shipping but they have still not gotten back to me and before I bought there product they would be back to me by the next day with every email I sent . So I think I should just call this one a loss and start looking for a new extender ... sorry for the long winded speech I feel like it sounds like im just trying to complain but really I just want to warn others that once they have your money they have terrible customer service .

That's sucks. Id say try to call them a few times more. I thought you had two of them. Money doesn't fall from trees so you need to let everyone else know about their bad customer service.It's all about consistency

If thats the case, for the money you have spent, I'd work with Penimaster on this one. Penimaster may be on "hold" waiting for DHL to trace the shipment internally.
I have seen where (DHL + Customs) can add 2-3 weeks, twice that on a round trip. I know it is horrid.Last edited by Dangler; 05-22-2013, 06:46 AM.

SizeGenetics is my personal fav. I almost committed to X4 Labs, but in the end, SG's reviews pulled me in. Even Quick Extender Pro caught my attention, but man does their customer service suck! I don't recommend QEP.Comment

I had problems that were similar. Their client service is just horrible, they take forever to answer E-mails. I would send another E-mail. If they don't answer after a week, you should call them.

I would continue to hound Penimaster the Germans are hard headed and require a lot of pounding to get a response.

That's to bad about your extender being shipped back. It's a really bad system they have to track it being that it is sent from Germany. It is first picked up by the German mail, then delivered to DHL which is shipped over on a boat as far as I am concerned. Then once arrived in your country it is handed over to your local post office which was Canada Post. I had a similar problem with you because once it is shipped over to DHL there is a tracking number. I called DHL and they gave me another traking number for Canada Post. So that original tracking number they give you is only good for DHL. I ordered my extender on April 28th and it arrived on May 16th. I would keep hounding them and I would even ask for some type of credit or some free sluices for being inconvenienced. It's not right to pay such an amount for an extender and not have use of it when they said it would arrive. X4 because they are the only company I know of that offers a base for larger girth. Regardless of an individual's girth, the larger base is better to have. This is because the pain associated with extenders isn't usually in the shaft or at the attachment point, but it's from the base pressing into you. If you are stretching SD or SO, the pain will be on the underside of the base; if you are stretching upwards, the pain will be on the top of the base.
With the girth base, all you need to do to alleviate this pain is point the extender up or down (depends on which angle you were stretching at) and then go back to where you were. The pain is gone because you won't be pressing in the exact same spot anymore.
