I spoke to them through email regarding there recommendation of extending for a max of 90 min in one set. (I originally thought liability / user safety was why they advised only 90 min).
So, I wanted to ask them to confirm. I asked them what would be more effective: 2 sets of 4 hours or 4 sets of 2 hours (as I regularly extend for 4+ hours in a single set, Ive done an 8 hr set!) Anyway, they said there theory is that 4 sets of 2 hours is more effective because the penis tissue will after a certain period of time get used to the pulling force and stop trying to adapt.
So, I have now changed my routine to 4-5 sets of 2 hours per day, whereas before I was doing 2 sets of 4-6 hrs.
What do you think guys...I know not many extend for these long duration single sets. I think I have only talked to DonJelqer76 about this.
