  • Advice given to me from Penimaster Pro

    I spoke to them through email regarding there recommendation of extending for a max of 90 min in one set. (I originally thought liability / user safety was why they advised only 90 min).

    So, I wanted to ask them to confirm. I asked them what would be more effective: 2 sets of 4 hours or 4 sets of 2 hours (as I regularly extend for 4+ hours in a single set, Ive done an 8 hr set!) Anyway, they said there theory is that 4 sets of 2 hours is more effective because the penis tissue will after a certain period of time get used to the pulling force and stop trying to adapt.

    So, I have now changed my routine to 4-5 sets of 2 hours per day, whereas before I was doing 2 sets of 4-6 hrs.

    What do you think guys...I know not many extend for these long duration single sets. I think I have only talked to DonJelqer76 about this.

      So what's your break time in between sets?
      It's all about consistency

          I would like to hear what some of you more experienced extenders think of this? Any science out there to back this theory of penimaster pro's?

            When I wore an X4, my limit was no more than 2 hrs, and that was difficult, with swelling on underside/frenulum area. I did a lot of 1 - 2 hr/sessions, 4 - 6 sessions per 24 hrs, years and years.

            Penmaster Pro - I now could care less about if there is any build up; the Penimaster Pro is so comfortable, wearing is a pleasure. As is Kegeling with it on. I average 4-6hr a day, broken up into smaller intervals. I could do more, but I have to get out there and live my life, exercise, buy groceries, etc, yada, yada...

            Now your question - Never looked for any science, just did what I liked. I will comment that Penimaster, the US web site, has some of the most complete documentation around it's products. My favorite is their Clinical Test video.

              I think their reasoning is pretty sound. I'll probably still stick to long sets as I normally don't get an opportunity but once every 4-6 hours to take mine off when I'm wearing it - but if I had the option it's definitely something I would try

                  Well I am trying it now. Dude I did an 8 hour set in mine not too long ago...started at 5 am and went to 1 pm...days worth of extending done by 1 was nice...I prefer this as it is more convenient but the new program is as many 2 hour set as I can do in a day...working on set number 5 as we speak!

                      I sure will but you know how slow extending goes...whatever I do gain in the future who is to say that I would not have gained the same or more or less if extending with the old method...there is no telling I guess but I will do what I can...hopefully I can hit my July 2013 goal.

                            Dangler. If you had the choice to buy a used Penimaster pro from 2011 or a new x4labs. Which would you pick? Thanks in Advance. I'm not sure of the technology of the two.
