  • Dry blister under penis head AGAIN!

    As title states This is the 2nd time I got this small little dry blister on left side right under penis head, I am using x4 labs extender with comfort strap. Why are these blisters appearing? Its always my left side of glans i get pain I couldnt even get 4 hours extending today because of pain its annoying.

    You might need to take a break from extending or perhaps PE all together, I'd say take a week break. How much tension do you use and how tight do you strap your penis in?

            Well last week I upped my bars to 3 inch bars from 2 1/2, the first couple of days I was able to get in 3-4 hour sets then the next 3 days I developed two blisters one big and one small, I realized that I still am not ready for 3 inch bars yet, and will have to decrease bars for a little longer. But for now No extending the whole week until these blisters heal, I will still do light manual stretching and jelqing as these dont irritate the blisters like the extender does around the glans. This is the second time I got the blisters and I got them the first time when I first added bars so its a stretching the glans to much problem.

              Did you increase the tension greater than you would with the 2 1/2 bars when you changed to 3 inch bars? If you can add the 3 inch bars and still get the same tension as you would with the 2 1/2 bars then it should've been fine. However, If you changed from 2 1/2 to 3 inch bars and you were already getting higher tension than the normal tension you use with the 2 1/2 without even adjusting the tension bars then your penis certainly isn't prepared for the next level.

                Correcto almighty I wasnt ready to add yet, I tried to force it but big mistake and I know better than that as I gotten the extending down pact and I made a rookie mistake by trying to add when I shouldnt have.

                  Frequently in extending, one adds extra length, and as a result must over compensate in the "mounting in" process, to avoid slipping out.
                  Tighter noose/strap, etc.
                  It is that tightness that then affects what little circulation is remaining, such that lymph fluid build up, edema, begins to be a problem.
                  I've been following along, puzzling the "dry blister" definition.
                  I think this is edema.
                  The more it happens in an area, the more that area is apt to act up again.

                    Yep it is edema I've experienced this before with the extender going overboard. If you add extra bars you will most likely increase the tension unless your penis is ready for the next level otherwise with increase tension comes with having to increase in tightness of the strap which will cause fluid buildup. A vacuum however can fix this problem with proper mounting and sucking all the air out which will enable you to increase the tension all the way to the max which I don't suggest. However, when I use my vac mod I can literally make the springs collapse without having problems with fluid buildup, but I can only last for an hour or so compared to 3-4 hours.

                      just got my dry white blister , just recently I went back to the extender 1 week ago. in the last 3 days I was getting very sore in and around the head. about three or for days ago I really began to notice the dry white chaffing along the coronal ridge, its along the top side on the circumsision line..when I went back to extending I was putting in 7 plus hour days and could literally feel tiny micro tears happening near and around the base this in my mind equated to growth..a great feeling btw..anyway in the last three days my 60 to 90 minute sets began to get shorter and shorter today first set 40min second set 25 min..this time around I decided to use moderate to low tension..my only explanation for this condition was that when I quit bib hanging 8 days ago I would also putt in 1 to 2 hours of high tension extending with my modified x4 and size matters comfort straps which lock the wang down much better..with the high tension I would try to stretch out farther and farther. weeks ago is when I noticed this dry slightly chaffed skin, but I did not care since I only did 2 hours max during my 5 month bib hanging hell experiment....this dry white blister never happened in 2012 that yr I put in 2000 hours extending..during 2012 there was a 2 month period where I made a fast gain going from 6 1/2 to 6 3/4 during that 2 months 6 to 8 hours were the norm..im am now convinced low to moderate tension tension and 6 plus hours is the key to good gains with an extender..many say 4 hours I have done months and months of this and got nowhere this cell division takes long periods of consecutive days.. I think with extending I would say 6 hour days is a must or a 40 hr week is key..just read recently that a penis surgery patient gained 4 inches using an extender at 900 grams I think he was putting in 8 to 10 hrs..storys at mos site
