So like some of you (from what I read), I decided to rush things a bit and went from 4 hours to 6 hours within a weeks time. I also didn't understand how the x4 dealt with the tension, however, after being explained it by the x4labs team and reading it here, I now have a better understanding. Since I've been going pretty hardcore for a beginner routine I'm going to take a step back and rest for 2 days and start again thursday. I've also done almost 1 month of JP90 but stopped after I got the extender.
I wanted to run this by you guys to see if this is decent starting out (or if I can add more to it, etc).
After my rest period:
2 days on, 1 day off. On each second day JP90 Beginner Routine. Extender: Start at around 900g's and use the knobs to dial in more tension (every 20 minutes or so) for each 45 minute to 1 hour session, 30 minutes off. For 4 hours total per day.
Does this sound decent and effective for first month?
