Ok so i have worn the new version of the phallosan for a week and let me tell you im impressed i will give you the good and the bad on this product. well there is very little bad with the phallosan but i will go over the bad first then on too the good.
first off the company offers no spare parts other then the penis cap sleeve and the outer sleeve that goes on the bell. also the price on the sleeves for the bell are price 29.99 for just one sleeve. i emailed the company about spare parts and they only offer the belt but no penis cushioned ring and no locking part that goes on the end of the belt that attaches to the locking part that attaches to the bell shows tension you are using. nor do they offer purchase of the bells or the micro pump. now the plus is that they warranty all parts other then those they sell so theoretically you can get then for free if you break them or they malfunction. for me i just purchased a whole second kit as i can see losing the pump or the bell or even breaking the pump some how by accident.
now the good
i have only lost suction once while wearing the device. it never caused blistering. Comfort with this product is unmatched i have used ever device on the market trying to find the one you can sleep in and wear with eases during the day, and only this product has offered this. why do i say this as the penis master pro is comfortable and you can wear it for tons of hrs. well with the pro you need to use the lube every-time you re apply this means that you must travel with the lube and with a bulky pump or use the pump tube with the stopper. with the belt the pro works like the phallosan but i found the shape of the penis pro annoying due to how round it was and i got some pinching on the shaft. i got none of these things from the phallosan. my wear time with the phallosan has been no lower then 8 hrs but normal wear is time per day is from 12 to 20 hrs i can wear this device for 4 hrs plus with out any issues but i due take it off every 4 hrs to use the bathroom and allow the small amount of fluid dissipate over 30 min.
fluid retention is almost 0 on this thing. there micro vacuum is awesome it is small and and only allows enough pressure in the bell to hold you in but it is also quite strong it in one word is perfect vacuum device plus it is attaches to the bell the bell has 3 symbols on it one is a dual arrow this is were you put the pump on to the bell then a quarter turn there is a pump icon you pump on this icon then turn it to the lock icon this lock suction in. so pump and bell and belt become one unit this allows for quick on quick off nothing to put in your pockets nothing to lose. the negative is if you lose the pump when not locked on the bell your fucked. and will have to wait till they send you another. thats why i bought a second kit.
so were did i wear this thing well i wore it out to the bar i also forgot i had it on and was showing some one some martial art moves not grappling stand up with some kicks. its just that comfortable.now im sure you will be thinking this thing must have no tension but it feels like 300-600 grams of tension but knowing if you are at right tension level is as easy as if you can see green this is the perfect tension used in there study, yellow or red are max tension amounts on the spring loaded tension bars that attaches to the bell and then locks on the belt. green is at the bottom of the bars yellow and red above that. they make it really easy for the user to make sure they are in the green.
sleeping in the device is awesome the sleeves are so light that they dont constrict blood flow during night erections. no pain and i never have woken up because of it.
i can attach the device in like 30 seconds and take it off in about the same time. ok after one week my flaccid hang is much longer and my wife has been complaining about increased size. now i am also using the penomet 2 times per day about 15 min each time. i have been thicker in the pump since i started using the phallosan. i think the key to this device and were others fail is that wear time is so easy and in such large numbers that growth a cures.
all in all i think this device kicks ass and is made very well but the sleeves are delicate and it is a must to apply baby powder the the sleeve and the glands cap. at least a couple times per day. i would buy at least 1 extra sleeves i can see them tearing although none have tore yet for me. i will do an update in in 30 days.
