  • Pumping - Does it work?

    Hi Guys,

I'm thinking of getting a pump to increase both length and girth. Do they really work permanently? I've been doing the JP 90 routine but the trouble is I barely have time to do this routine and I think the use of a pump 20 minutes a day would be much easier to do.
    19/08/13 (Before PE)
    BPEL: 4.5"
    EG: 4"

    16/12/13 (Slight decrease in routine)
    BPEL: 5"
    EG: 4 and 1/8"

    12/01/14 (Back on routine)
    BPEL: 5 and 2/8"
    EG: 4 and 2/8"

IMO, if all you have to work with is 20 minutes per day, a pure pumping routine won't likely lead to much. Most people that have seen real gains from pumping all note that it takes significant time for permanent pumping gains, and many of them do multiple sets per day.

I think you would be better off trying to get your available time up to 30 minutes per day and modifying a manual routine to fit your time schedule.

I consider pumping a compliment to manual girth work. I manually expand the tunica, pulse pump to further flex the tunica, then hold it expanded with long-duration, low-pressure pumping. Lots of time involved.

I agree with Don, make sure you've prepped your manual work with thorough heating, then consistent manual work will provide better results than just pumping alone.

I think a pump is a great tool to have in the shed. I use it as a compliment to manuals and hanging.. I think that hour for hour hanging is the best exercise and the pump works to keep from turtling and increases blood flow and expansion. In my opinion it's a good idea to pump, but not to rely on it for gains.. If nothing else it makes me feel like I have a big dick and that feels good

Ok i'll try to stick to the jp90 routine. What makes manual exercises better than other methods? surely you are doing the same thing just differently? By that I mean forcing the expansion of the penis chambers to accommodate more blood.

Pumping works. PERIOD! Donjelquer kinda hit it on the head about the time factor. I think if my schedule changed and I only had 20 minutes a day,,,I would still pump, but I'd try to find a way to increase that time frame or utilize time in other areas. I like to compare PE and pumping to bodybuilding. You get out of it what you put into it. If you work slow,,,,it's gonna take more time. Priorities in life are a governing factor. We gotta do what's right! :-) Good Luck!

DW- what would you say the minimum time or sets for pure pumping would be?

Thanks DW. What pump would you recommend and what routine do you use?

I've had both the bathmate and Vacu-Tech. Once i got my Vacu-Tech i ended up selling my bathmate to a friend. I'd say the bathmate is good for a quick 15 min pump session either in the shower or not, and it definetly warms it up nice. The vacu-tech is a much more advanced glass tube that really looks cool when you're all pumped up inside it. You should warm up manually before you use this one. If i were just starting and had to choose one, i'd definetly choose the vacu-tech. It requires much more time to use though, so if you only have 20 minutes, you could warmup/pump in the shower with the Bathmate then get to a manual routine right after.

                      BPEL: 7 in. ----- 9 in.
                      FSG: 4 in. ----- 6 in.
                      EG: 6 in. ----- 7 in.
